Great stay in Rome with family

Pros: Location is 10 minute walk to Pantheon. Walkable to attractions, restaurants. Great coffee shop next door. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Large bed plus double and single pullout couch in living room. Bed was way more comfortable than the couch - but ok for kids.

Cons: Air condition in bedroom worked better than the one in living room. Fuse tripped a few times, but was easily fixed/ switched. Cannot run any other items with air condition - like washer. Also instructed not to run AC while away. AC was good enough to be comfortable at night. Washer, no dryer unit or much room to dry clothes.

Joli appartement à la localisation parfaite

Pros: Emplacement excellent, dans une jolie rue en plein coeur de Rome, mais pas trop bruyante (les doubles vitrages sont aussi très efficaces). L'appartement est authentique, avec de beaux plafonds, confortable et frais. L'accueil est très sympathique.

Cons: L'installation électrique est ancienne et serait à rénover.

Muy recomendable

Pros: La ubicación es excelente: cerca de todo, con una parada de bus en la puerta (el 87 te lleva al Coliseo), una calle tranquila. La cama muy cómoda, el baño amplio y el menaje necesario. El piso es amplio, muy luminoso y olía muy bien. El dueño nos esperó a la hora acordada: tenía puesto el A/A y nos explicó todo lo necesario. Gracias!!!

Cons: Lo único que no me gustó fue que hay que estar pendiente del aire acondicionado. Es portátil y libera agua que se recoge en un bidón. Hay que estar pendiente para que no se llene y rebose. Es un tercero sin ascensor (no fue ningún problema pero puede que para algunas personas sí lo sea).

Grand appartement avec beaucoup de charme. Hôte très sympathique.

Pros: Antonino est un hôte très à l'écoute et très disponible. L'appartement a beaucoup de charme avec de beuax volumes et des plafonds en bois. Il est agréable à vivre. Pas de véritable clim mais on arrive à garder la fraîcheur même quand il fait très chaud en fermant les volets quand on est absent.

Cons: Emplacement un peu excentré (près du Tibre, juste à côté de l'Ara Pacis) á 10/12mn du métro Spagna.
