Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location is perfect , right in the center. We could easily walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum, and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Everything was just perfect!

Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: Everything exceeded our expectations: - our host (Elena) was available for any question and very kind - location was perfect (close to everything one might need in Rome to get by and on a quiet alley) - everything was impeccable and clean

Love, love, love! Location is everything

Pros: The location is amazing! It’s also a beautiful place to stay. We have been in hotels for the most part of 3 weeks and came to what felt more like a home here. We also used the sofà bed and it wasn’t as bad as previous comments. We actually requested to extend our stay by 7 nights (hopeful) but it was booked out, unsurprisingly. Communication with Elena was great! Would highly recommend this place and would/will book next time

Cons: Don’t use the rain shower head as you will use all the hot water within a couple of minutes. It didn’t bother us too much, but there is two flights of stairs + stairs in the apartment entry you will need to use. The cleaner came just a bit before checkout time and it was a little stressful as we were doing final tidy ups. My friend I was with said the street noise was a bit loud, but it honestly didn’t bother me (I guess it’s just what you’re used to).

Fantastic location in central Rome

Pros: This apartment is in a fantastic location in Rome's historic district. It was extremely clean and the managing agent Elena was very helpful and responsive when we had a minor problem with the toilet. The flush handle broke but she managed to get it repaired that morning. On the whole the flat is well maintained and there is plenty of cupboard space. WiFi works well and there were plenty of spare towels and sheets. We appreciated having a proper kitchen with a good oven and gas hob and enjoyed cooking there. Washing machine worked well and there was a drying rack to hang out afterwards. There are lots of well planned things in the flat like an iron and hair dryer and even a sewing kit.

Cons: - the sofa as mentioned in previous reviews is horribly uncomfortable and difficult to sit on for long periods- this is a real shame and we did tell managing agent during our stay. We had to resort to using pillows from bed to support us on sofa. - the bed and pillows are extremely hard and we found this very uncomfortable although this may be personal choice '- as mentioned in previous reviews there is not enough cutlery - loads of spoons and 4 knives. We ended up buying a sharp knife and chopping board which we left in the flat. - as mentioned in previous reviews there is only one set of keys and this necessitated complicated arrangements at times - this flat is up 2 flights of steep stairs which was not an issue for us but something to be considered for anyone with back issues and really a function of it's location and age of building - front door is made of wood and when it rains the wood swells and sticks - again a function of a historic building. - people need to be aware that there is quite a lot of noise at night from restaurants which didn't bother us.

Pros: My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment at the real heart of Rome. The room is super clean with modern facilities. Really quiet at night, yet extremely convenient to get around by walking. Lots of restaurants, literally a few steps downstairs. The air conditioning works great (although sometimes with a little noise) which provides a huge relief for hot summer days. This apartment makes a perfect accommodation for our first Rome holiday! I left three rain pouches that we only used once for future travellers who will stay in this apartment.

Cons: It is a little inconvenient to have only one set of keys available. An automatic door lock with password would greatly improves the accessibility to the apartment, especially if there are many people living in this apartment at the same time.

Great family holiday

Pros: It is a lovely apartment in a beautifully renovated old building right in the historic centre of Rome. Two minutes from Piazza Navona and yet it is very quiet inside. Well equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine and a modern bathroom. The bathroom is between the living room and bedroom with a small hallway that has doors on both sides, so that it is perfectly possible for a family to use both rooms without disturbing each other.

Pros: The location was incredible the kitchen super nice and overall the room had everything we needed

Cons: When we arrived it had a very bad smell from the bathroom but we opened the windows and it aired out

Süper konum süper ilgi

Pros: Odamızın konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere 2 çocuğumuzla yürüyerek gidebildik. Hava çok soğuk değildi ama geceleri klimayla ısındık. Elena anında sorularımızı yanıtladı. Check-in saatinden bir saat önce orada olmamıza rağmen yardımları sayesinde içeri girebildik. Mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi.

Cons: Çarşaflar ve yastıklar temizdi ancak yorganlara kılıf gerekiyor onlar biraz kirliydi.

Классное расположение и антуражная квартира, полное погружение в Италию. Я бы вернулась сюда.

Pros: Супер расположение. Хозяин всегда на связи. В квартире было все, мыло, гели , тряпочки для кухни, таблетки для посудомойки, кофе и кофе машина. Мне не хватило масла для жарки, но это уже расходники, как говорится))

Cons: В ванной пахнет с утра канализацией, это я так понимаю проблема старых домов, видели какого тараканчика, надеемся что это был какой-то залетный друг. Не очень удобная кровать, хотя мужу понравилась. Все остальное понравилось всем. Все чистое и аккуратное.

Repetiría sin duda 👍🏼

Pros: La ubicación es extraordinaria, la comunicación con el personal (en mi caso Elena) es muy buena, vía WhatsApp, te contesta muy rápido. Seguro que si volvemos a Roma, repetiré en el mismo apartamento. Éramos dos y una bebé. Las escaleras que suben al apartamento son muy amplias. Es un alojamiento bonito, cómodo, funcional y amplio. Top.

Cons: La limpieza tiene mucho margen de mejora. Le daríais un punto de calidad muy alto al apartamento si le dais mucha más prioridad a la limpieza.
