Pros: We like the property because is clean the staff so professional, and helpful. The kitchen staff so brilliant and always smile. And kindness.

Cons: When we are 3 days we stayed I put the sign in to the door need to be clean but when we arrived still not been done . So we went out again when we arrived they collected the rubbish but not clean the toilet and no towel and no toilet roll . So I called the reception of the hotel to asked we need a towel and toilet roll . Apart from that is good .

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Location was perfect to see all main tourist attractions and wonderful restaurants next door. Reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. Our room was amazing with a hot tub bath and had a terrace with view of dome of St Peters Basillica/Vatican.

Cons: Tea and Coffee facilities in room were limited

Pros: Everything was perfect. Room was lovely. No noise. So clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable 😋. Room was available at Eleven AM when we arrived, which was very appreciated. Staff were excellent.

Perfect location & outstanding staff — thank you, Rachele!

Pros: Amazing location in Rome — everything is within walking distance (Vatican, historic center and many great areas nearby). The stay was even better thanks to Rachele at reception: she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quickly solved every question we had. If every hotel had staff like her, it would be a wow experience. Highly recommended!

Lovely

Pros: I’m not sure I can stress enough how PERFECT is this location. Absolutely great - enables you to stroll around the Vatican Prati and see St Peter’s square or Castello St Angelo in 5 min. Metro 10 mins by foot, bus stop even closer, carefour 5 min. Amazing! We were also surprised by a large private terrace in our room.

Highly recommended accomodation. Happy with Alex & team in concierge. Great service :)

Pros: Alex and the lovely young lady (sorry didnt catch her name) were very helpful and welcoming. The service was outstanding and they were very obliging to help at moments notice. I cannot fault anything other than check in time was late at 3pm unfortunately. Location is close to St Peters Basilica just 7mins walk and twin room was impeccable, quiet and very clean. I loved the creams in the bathroom with an orange scent very nice and refresshing. Thanks again to the concierge team and reception :) Highly recommended!
