Perfect

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommended and we would happily come back again!

Nice place, good location, good communication.

Pros: Great location, clear instructions from staff about getting in, good to have luggage storage

Cons: The shower was slow to drain, and the card slot for the lights, kills the mini bar, so the fridge hadn’t been on. Minor things!

For my short stay, this room was a great choice.

Pros: The location was optimal right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of many key sights in the city. The staff were accomodating, the room itself and the bathroom were very spacious and there was a nice view of the Via Nazionale!

Cons: The bathroom had a bit of an off-smell, but as I was only there for one night it did not impact my stay severely.

In general we were satisfied

Pros: Location is very comfortable to get the city center , the taxi to center cost is only 8-10 euros , train station Termini is also nearby but you don’t have railway station Vibes . Stuff is super gentle , kind and helpful . Very tasty breakfast and a cozy cafe where they serve it .

Cons: To sleep with open window almost not possible because of the noise outside on the street . The breakfast is rather far from the hotel , it’s not in the same building , but when you get the place and you forget the road )) to get lift you need first to overcome 25 stairs .

A lovely stay at Seven Guest Rooms in beautiful Rome

Pros: The place is simply wonderful! The location is perfect — close to almost all major attractions, and we could easily reach everything on foot. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making us feel just like home. A truly pleasant experience that we would definitely repeat ❤️
