Very beautiful property , good location and a lot of cafes and shops close by. Walking distance to a lot of things is go

Pros: Very well maintained, very beautifully executed and all of the details don’t go unnoticed. Host was very helpful and always made sure everything was good. The bed is so comfortable slept really well every night.

Cons: I loved everything, could not fault it.

Pros: How big it was fantastic size clean and looked like luxury

Cons: The only thing which was a little annoying was the bag luggage situation couldn’t hold our suitcase but it’s a minor thing.

Pros: Riccardo was so helpful and was available for anything we needed. The location was great - near to all of the main spots but not noisy. The rooms were lovely and clean and we felt safe. Would definitely stay here again

Clean, comfortable, feels like home

Pros: I really liked the location, it was just in the middle of everything while being tucked away in a quaint road which was needed at night to relax after a day exploring :) The property was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Large comfortable walk in shower. I appreciated the nice little add ons such as lavazza coffee pods, biscuits and snacks daily. Riccardo was pleasant to communicate with and offered help and instructions. Perfect stay in central Rome - look no further!

Cons: Nothing - minor issue that bothered me a little bit was the slight low pressure from the shower head.

Great location and met all my needs.

Pros: Location was ideal for Rome, central but not noisy, Very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Good restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby. I could easily access the sites I wanted to see and the Termini station.

Pros: Location was great due to proximity to main train station: 15 minute walk with luggage. Very peaceful and nicely decorated room. Enough room to unpack. We stayed 5 nights so that was an important feature.

Pros: In general everything was great, lift was convenient for my pregnant wife and toddler, staff was very helpful.

Cons: The floors could of done with a better clean. Our feet were getting black from walking on the floor. We just kept our shoes on in the rooms.
