Perfect location!

Pros: This was such a great location. The owners have great communication and we absolutely loved Modena. We had no plans to even go to Modena and will now definitely come back!

Comfortable room in a good location

Pros: Good location, not far from Termini and a few minutes walk from the main road. All major attractions are within walking distance. The room is a good size and comfortable and the host is welcoming and tries to be as helpful as possible.

Cons: A small improvement could be to better the very limited amount of soap, shampoo, shower gel

Pros: The hotel has a very good location. The staff is excellent and Mr. Rino was helpful in everything we asked him.

Cons: The only negative thing is that on the Sunday when we left we couldn't leave our suitcases for safekeeping at the hotel, so we had to carry them all day with us because we were traveling at night. nothing else like a negative....

Good for the price, bad for the noise.

Pros: The location of the property is great, close to restaurants, bars, gelato and minimarket. The room was very clean.

Cons: When I made the reservation, the room was stated to be on the garden side, but it was certainly not, really loud noises from outside pretty much the whole night. The toilet seat was very little compared to the toilet bowl and sitting on it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant, also, there is no heat in the bathroom.

Pros: The location is perfect, very close to central, and 10-15 minutes to famous places.

Cons: Hotel staff were very helpful. I came at 4 a.m., and they managed the key in the next hotel. Also advised good restaurants and places to visit

Pros: The building was secure. The location is close to the metro, cafes, restaurants and shops and it was quite. The front staff was friendly. They allowed us to check in early too. I would recommend this accomadation.
