It was a perfect stay with the nuns.
Pros: The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels, they provide shampoo, hair drier, etc. the only thing that they do not include is soap for your hands but that is not a big deal. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and nuns are walking through the halls, which makes me feel very safe.
Cons: The staff were hard to communicate to because of the English -Italian but other then that everything was perfect.

Cons: The ladder going up to the bed is a bit dangerous...

Pros: The hotel is located in the monastery. The garden and territory is beautiful. The room was super clean and nice. The breakfast was ok (you can find coffee machines, sweat pastries, yogurts, muesli, fruits, cheese etc). All the workers (especially nuns) were very nice (except one person that did our check in)
Cons: When we were doing check in - the woman, that was doing this was almost rude, it’s strange that she is working in service field. It felt that she made everyone who speaks italian get room keys first, but as we didn’t we waited a lot. She almost wasn’t able to understand english and all the time was saying “one moment”, but in total we were waiting to be checked in 1 hour. And when we wanted to pay a parking (it costs 5 euros per day) - she asked us to try find cash, but when we said that we have no cash it turned out that a payment terminal was all the time near her (so I think maybe she wanted to put these 5 euros to her own pocket).

Cons: We didn't get the family room that we booked.

Beautiful convent and grounds, with lovely ac and a good breakfast with great parking and public transport.
Pros: This is a convent. It was lovely having a chapel there. The gardens were beautiful. They provided me with gluten free bread and crackers and biscuits, so the breakfast was good for people with coeliac disease - cheese, cold meats, yoghurt and fruit, and for people without coeliac, also cakes and pastries.
Cons: It was far out of town. There was a very convenient bus right outside, but it was far away enough to not feel worth it returning to the hotel for a rest in the afternoon before going back into town.
