Great location and very kind host! ☺
Pros: The area was quiet and we had transportation nearby. The stadium was close and the location itself was in a very convenient and good place. The person who accompanied us throughout the stay was very kind and responsive. The vacation was very pleasant! We would gladly visit Rome again! ☺
Cons: We have no complaints – everything was great. 😌

Pros: Host was friendly and helpful. A plus. Accessible (tram away from the metro and Piazza del Popolo. From there it was actually a beautiful walk down to the Colloseum past the Spanish stairs, and other attractions plus the shopping area). It's a bus away from Termini (bus 910). Also saw a bus saying Tiburtina passing the area. Can't remember the number. Apartment is on the ground floor which was a big relief because you know Italy...(yiu will climb stairs with all your luggage)

The best place and i recommend it.
Pros: The place was really nice, especially for me as a solo traveller. It was safe, comfortable, and very quiet. Although it’s not very close to the city centre, it was easy to access different tourist attractions using buses, which was very convenient. A simple breakfast was included, which was a nice addition. The host was extremely kind and helpful. He welcomed me warmly and was very supportive even on my departure day. I checked out early but wanted to leave my bag while visiting a few places before departure, and he was there on time to help me with my belongings. He also gave great recommendations on places to visit and how to use public transport easily. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the hospitality.
Cons: Nothing much, but the pillow was not so soft/comfy.

Pros: Our reception staff member was very kind and helpful to us. He explained everything about the place and gave us some tips and advice about sourrainding places. He was also available 24/7 in case we needed him and he replayed to our massage really quickly. The room was also great. The bed was comfrotable and the bathroom was really clean. In the morning we also had free and fresh croissants we could take. The building was very safe and it was really close to the bus station, so it would take us around 10-15 minutes to come to the centre of rome. We really liked it here and had an awesome stay in Rome.
Cons: We loved everything.

Pros: The place is so good. They have everything you need for vacation. You can also use the moka pot to make some real Italian coffee for breakfast with cornetto. The receptionist, Ahmad, he is real helpful and well educated gentleman. Bless him for his kind heart.
Cons: The upstairs neighbour were doing some renewal sometimes.

Pros: The personal was very helpful and kind. He prepared una colazione italiana. The room and the house were very clean. Perfect experience a little outside of the city of Rome. Transfer by bus and than by metro is very easy in Rome, so you can reach the place very good.

Great value for money
Pros: The room is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is also well equipped with fridge, stove, water boiler, etc. The location is situated on a decent neighbourhood, very quiet. Staff is very communicative and helpful.
Cons: Situated a bit outskirt of main tourist area, although very accessible by public transport.

Pros: It was very pleasant to stay in this hotel, very clean and cozy, good location. I would like to express my special gratitude to the receptionist Ahmad, who was very polite, friendly, told us a lot of useful information, and was constantly in touch and helped solve all current issues.

Really good place
Pros: Comfy place. Friendly host. Closed to bus station and tram stop. Not far a way from city center, but quiet area. You can walk or take bus. If someone need make laudry there is washing machine and dryer also. Kitchen has all equipment. Few place to eat really close to accommodation
