Amazing accommodation for a short city break

Pros: Everything was really good. The owner was very friendly and was providing us really useful information and directions. The apart was very clean. Also the location is in a quiet area. The breakfast at the coffee shop was really good.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: We wanted to stay as close as possible to the Teatro Olimpico, so the location was perfect for this purpose. The price-performance ratio for Rome was right. The host was nice and helpful.

A cosy and quiet place to stay in Rome

Pros: An amazing place to stay visiting Roma with your couple. The apartment is situated outside the central area, though in a very nice and quiet place. Everything was clean and tidy, we were impressed how a small apartment like this can have everything for a comfortable stay. It was really quiet at night as the window goes directly to the internal patio. Andrea is a very welcoming and caring host. It was a pleasure to meet you, Andrea, your efforts made our stay in Rome :) As to the location. It took us about 40 min to walk on foot back home from the Vatican city, and with a bus it takes about 10-15 min. There are several bus stops around the corner depending on your final destinations. For us it wasn't a big deal to travel. To sum up, we loved the stay and I would totally recommend this place if you don't need the central location but look for a good and clean apartment with all the facilities .

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay with great hospitality

Pros: We had a fantastic stay, the space was clean, fresh, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and made sure we had everything, checking in regularly, which was much appreciated. While it's a bit of a walk to the city center, the location was perfect for peaceful, quiet nights away from the busy tourist areas. Plus, it's conveniently close to the music auditorium, which we enjoyed visiting. Overall, a wonderful experience – I fully recommend this place for anyone looking

Pros: Breakfast and lunch in the basic floor in a Restaurant/Bar. It was good.

Cons: I know before that window was to inner part of the building. For me personally I wouldn't choose in future. ( It was a try)

Pros: la struttura era molto pulita e il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolto e si è assicurato che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole. la posizione verso lo stadio era ottima, infatti siamo arrivati in 15 minuti a piedi!
