Pros: The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Nice calm area around. Snacks, tea and coffee for guests. Flexible check-in.

Cons: I was surprised that the guest house contacted me on WhatsApp asking me to use an online platform for a virtual check-in. This implied to provide many sensitive data along with photocopies of IDs of both guests. They force you to proceed outside of booking com, otherwise you won't get a code which opens all doors to the apartment and the guesthouse. This is because of Italian law which imposes on landlors registration of their guests at the police. Still, it was very inconvenient but turned out to be safe. Other minus was a lack of an iron which is a standard thing so I didn't think about it in advance. Last thing is the location far from any metro station. The public transport was on strike during our stay and we had either to walk everywhere (50 mins on foot to the center) or use Uber which does not function well in Rome (or when there is a strike).

Pros: The room was nice clean, in the main area you can have coffee, tea or snacks. We arrived in the mide of the night ant there was no problem with the check-in.

Cons: Would be more comortable if check out would bet at least 11AM, not 10AM
