Lovely old building

Pros: The location of the apartment was convenient, close to Termini station and metro station. There were also lots of good restaurants nearby. The host Enzo was friendly, helpful and very attentive. If you are looking for luxury, choose another destination.

Pros: Contact with the owner Enzo was excellent. Very kind of him to let us in early due to early flight that day. Most grateful. The location of the apartment was exceptional. So handy and so welcoming. Restaurants,bars, supermarket, and all transport types within several minutes walk. The 1st floor apartment is traditional Italian with two large bedrooms with all other rooms big enough and comfortable enough for the whole family. We all slept well. Kitchen is well equipped for all meal prep. A fantastic apartment at a good price for such an exceptional location. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything Enzo.

Pros: Enzo was absolutely perfect host. He was helpful And very careful.

Cons: Only one room has a streetview. it was not visible from the photos. but finally it was not important as we spent only nights there.

Pros: Awesome location, in heritage building, just a stroll through the park to the Colosseum. Apartment is dark but there are renovations going on (which we had been told about) so this would have added to that. Enzo was wonderful in greeting us, giving us info, and letting us drop our luggage off early. Thank you for a great stay in Roma

Perfect place for a walking city break

Pros: Location is perfect. Calm and quite. 5 minutes walking distance to Colloseum.

Cons: A kitchen could be cleaner.

Pros: Location was amazing, Enrico was a great host, venue was spacious and well equipped.

Pros: The location is incredible! A short walk 5minute through a lovely little park sees you at the colesseum. Enzo and Daniella (the owners) are beautiful people who cannot do enough for you. Fantastic communication, Enzo kindly organised transfers for us from the airport. We were met with giant smiles and Enzo offered a wealth of information about the area with great passion. We were treated like family. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms rooms in a historic apartment. We loved our stay.

Consigliatissimo

Pros: Appartamento in un palazzo storico a 2 passi dal Colosseo e a 5 minuti a piedi da Roma Termini. Posizione perfetta per girare Roma a piedi: in 3 giorni abbiamo girato in lungo e in largo la città senza dover prendere taxi o metro. Zona tranquilla, abbiamo girato a tutte le ore a piedi in assoluta tranquillità. Enzo padrone di casa disponibilissimo, gentile e preparato per ogni evenienza. Rapporto qualità prezzo top. Stanze ampie e spaziose. Bagno piccolino ma pulito e con tutto quello che può servire. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava ben fornita (siete a Roma fatevi una bella mangiata romana senza sporcare piatti e padelle). Se dovessi tornare a Roma sicuramente prenoto ancora qua!

Pros: Estaba en una ubicación excelente. Enzo estuvo en todo momento muy atento de nosotros.
