Чудово, атмосферно

Pros: Authentic apartment near the Colosseum (5 minutes walk). The apartment has a hairdryer, iron, dishes, pans and pots, electric kettle, coffee maker. The house has an elevator. Beautiful cozy courtyard, and green parrots outside the window))) Comfortable accommodation. Thank you for the opportunity to live in a real Roman apartment!!!

Brilliant location and spacious.

Pros: Great location between the Roma Termani and the Colosseum. We could walk everywhere and had plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The apartment was larger than I expected and the kitchen and bathroom were spacious. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions and issues.

Cons: The bathroom had a really bad smell so I purchased an air freshener and left it there. Hopefully it lasts a while. The heating was sporadic and we could not control it. It would turn on and off seemingly at random. The apartment in general was a bit run down but still clean and comfortable.

Cons: Algunos detalles de pintura y limpieza. Cosas minimas que seria bueno tener en cuenta para q su puntuacion total sea de 10!!!

Funcional i molt ben situat.

Pros: Molt aprop del Coliseum i és molt espaiós. La zona és molt tranquil·la i la situació excepcional. 2 TV amb accés a internet

Cons: Llits poc còmodes i cuina amb pocs estris i vella. ( Tot i que no els hem fet servir) La calefacció no es pot regular, sempre està a una temperatura establerta i a nosaltres ens hagués agradat estar una mica més calents.

Pros: La ubicación fantástica, a 5 min del Coliseo, éramos 4 personas y nos quedaba muy cómodo, el departamento nos encantó. Nos recibió Giacomo muy gentil que nos explicó todo y nos espero porque veníamos un poco retrasados. Recomiendo 100%

Cons: La limpieza se podría mejorar un poco, sobre todo en el baño, pero lo demás bien.
