Tolli Colosseo Apartment

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic, quite safe and steps away from the Colosseum. Very safe and secluded from the external noise.

Cons: The facilities may need some minor attention to make it too notch. By locating hooks for towels more conveniently, add a toilet paper holder, probably upgrade the keys to a single card for some of the several doors to access the room.

Great localization, poor ventilation and super nice owner

Pros: - Localization is for sure a great asset of this place, you can reach Colosseum in about 5 minutes. - There is a basic kitchen equipment and some basic staff like olive oil, small nutella packages etc. but also basic cosmetics in the bathroom. Refrigerator was quite small though. - There is not much space, especially on the ground level, but it was acceptable for us. - Owner was super nice and helpful, also provided some welcome items like fruits. - Finding keys was easy and well described. Finally - you also have to take into account that apartment is on the ground floor, but from the patio side. This could be considered as a con or pro, but it was ok for us. This means no view and we kept window/shutters closed for most of the time but we felt private.

Cons: - Unfortuantely apartment is poorly ventilated, which was especially problematic when using bathroom. This leads to some mold spots there. There is a window, but it was hard to air the room, because there was no air flow. There is a fan in the bathroom, but it is quite limited. However there was a small heater, so we tried to take advantge of it. - We missed hooks for hanging towels and some shelf for keeping cosmetics in the shower. - Entrance doors are not well soundproofed, so we heard people during the night.

Pros: The apartment is nice and tidy. The host was amazing and helpful! We had coffee station, fruits, and wine in the apartment. The location is perfect.

Our stay was beautiful. Warm host and homely apartment

Pros: Apartment is in a good location. Our host was warm, even with short notice of earlier check in, he made our arrival very welcoming to Rome.

Cons: Our stay was just perfect.

Pros: Nice & clean. Owner gave us a lot of products in the fridge + bottle of good 🍷

Pros: Compact clean studio, great location for access to Colosseum, form etc Helpful host, kindly left some fruit and snacks as we arrived late in evening.

Cons: Steep stairs to mezzanine

Modern and Comfortable Little Gem

Pros: The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It is quite a small apartment however meets all the needs for a couple. It is a loft style with a bedroom upstairs.Generous shower downstairs. Ample towels. The apartment is modern and new with good security. Not much natural light due to it's location in the building. Bed comfortable. TV accessible. Aircon downstairs as the rooms can get hot . Close to Collessium with a lovely parkland all within walking distance. Transport close. Good area, restaurants nearby, laundrymat local as well. Only a few steps to reach the ground floor apartment from the street. The host was terrific, very receptive and accommodating. Good instructions to reach the apartment. Also welcomed us with treats on arrival. I definitely recommend this apartment for a stay.

Cons: Pillows were soft and lumpy and only one pillow per person. It would have been nice to have better pillows for a more comfortable sleep.

Pros: Our host was lovely and friendly. He was happy to offer us recommendations and advice for the city, and he made himself available for any questions we had. We could not have wished for better.

Pros: The apartment is very nice. We arrived late at night and the host provided some snacks and breakfast for us! Half way our stay the host brought fresh towels. Contact with the host was very good! The location of the apartment is good, just a short walk to the Colloseum.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

We had a great visit to one if the most historic places on the planet....

Pros: Good spot near the Collaseum. Bar opposite the apartment. The host was intouch via WhatsApp and provided us with several food and drink essentials. Also our flight back was late at night and host agreed that we could use the apartment all day as there was no other check in that day. Brilliant host!

Cons: Bed was a bit hard but not a terrible thing...
