Great choice when spending a few days in Rome

Pros: Great choice when spending a few days (or longer) in Rome. Location is excellent, apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Very efficient and helpful host who made an extra effort to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. Would recommend.

Great experience!

Pros: Fantastic location walking distance to many monuments for sightseeing and more, many cafes and restaurants, the appatment is fully equipped, clean and the builidng is in great condition. Marco is a great host, very kind and helpful also provided us with many info for our staying in Rome

Pros: Marco was excellent and helped us out with advice and flexibility when our connecting flights hit problems . Great recommendations on where to eat etc .

Pros: I especially liked the style of communication, Marco was very helpful. The location was great - we came on foot from Termini Station, it's also close to sights, restaurants, shops. The apartment was very nice, we felt comfortable.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The proximity of the most famous tourist attractions is a great advantage. The owner, Marco, is very kind and helpful. We are so grateful for the magical moments spent in Rome. See you again!

Great location. Clean. Host was super kind.

Pros: Property is on great location, couple of minutes walking from Colosseum. Around property there are great restaurants and bars. Host (Marco) was very kind and helpful. We arrived really early and we left the property also early and he was always there on time. He helped us with tips for food, restaurants, transport and places to visit in Rome. We had a small baby and the host prepared a baby cot.

Very well located apartment next to Colosseum

Pros: The host was so incredibly kind and helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after 1am but he was there to greet us. He was really helpful with booking taxis etc and very responsive. Apartment is in an excellent location and felt very secure.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Marco is very accommodating and have provided several recommendations during our stay. The food recommendation was really good, thanks Marco!

I would recommend this Monti flat and Marco as a host to anyone.

Pros: The flat is modern, well kept, well equipped, both centrally located and on a quiet street, allowing some rest after busy days. Marco, our host was punctual, responsive, really helpful with useful advice and friendly. We had an absolutely smooth experience, no issues with deposit, flat met all our expectations and was well situated, close to all our preferred locations.

Excellent & enjoyable stay

Pros: The apartment was clean, it had everything & probably even more than you'd need, and it was positioned on a great location in a good neighbourhood near Colosseum. The host was very helpful and friendly, he helped us with an easier check-in and he gave us nice suggestions about visiting the city, and he was there for everything we needed.

Cons: Some noise from the other people living in the same building but overall not a big problem
