Pros: We were really happy with our stay! The location was fantastic—very convenient with lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and close to both the metro and bus stations. The place itself was very clean, and they provided everything we needed. The staff was amazing—super friendly, supportive, and attentive. On International Women’s Day, they even congratulated us and surprised us with Prosecco and chocolates, which was such a nice touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!

It was incredible!

Pros: The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. Very convenient location, right next to the Vatican. A few minutes' walk from the metro and bus stops, with a shop across the street. A large room with a very comfortable bed, everything you need. It was very clean and cleaned every day. Special thanks to the staff, who were all very attentive and kind. They allowed us to check in a little early and leave our luggage for a few hours on the day of departure. Giorgio was very kind and even showed us places to visit on the map, which was very helpful.

Cons: The only downside was that the vacation ended and we had to leave the apartment😊

Pros: The hosptality of the lerzon in chsrge Gdkrgi. He explajns everything clearly and give an extea breakfast which i can redeem with a carx (on top of all the free juuce, water, cold cuts for bf etc). Had frse use of kitchen facilities. A good 29 mins walk to the basilica jst walking round the wall co.firtable and warm bex for the night and Georgi a special request fir a later checkout ti.e.

Cons: Arrival at the b&b is fixed once you agreed with a ti.ming as it is difficuly ti cintact them on a last min change.

Pros: Apartment is very nice and at prettiest part of city, we had a great experience. Everything is clean and good organised. Gorgio is very kind and helpful to us. He give us more then we expected. Recomend to us best peaces to visit. Next time when we visit a Rome definitely coming to same place.

Pros: Very good. Very basic but clean, large room, good private bathroom. George 🤗was wonderful, very helpful and caring. The cleaning lady 🥰was very lovely and helpful. We felt well taken care of. Wonderful people. A place worth recommending.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location of the accommodation, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the breakfast were all excellent. Giorgio helped us with everything. We received a lot of useful information from him, and he was always available for us. An outstanding host. We will definitely return here. This is a very beautiful memory for both me and my mother 🥰

Pros: Mr Giorgio was very kind hearted person. He helped me very much. The place was very clean and convenient just 5mint to Vatican and 10 minutes to basilica. I would definitely go back to stay,.the mini Market and food stall are just down. I really loved the place.a very special thank to Georgia fior all his support to go to airport . Cons: Location, cleanliness, and beautiful

Pros: The owner is a nice lady, provided with every in the flat that is needed for living, a fridge in the room and most importantly, AC because of the hell outside during the day. Overall, recommend this place.

Pros: really good location close to the metro and the vatican city. Rafaella was lovely and helpful and we were very comfortable

Cons: a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic but not as noticeable with the air conditioning on
