Perfect and relaxing.

Pros: Best place in Rome with the best owner!!! Stayed there for the 2nd time and regret nothing. Lovely location and easy access to the metro and bus stops. Really quiet and safe environment, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was great thanks to Vincenzo🙌🏻

Amazing host and location

Pros: Vicente is an amazing host and will help you with any question or query. The room is perfectly cleaned and has everything that you need. Great location next to the metro and within walking distance to Vatican with lovely food around. Vicente was amazing in his recommendations and very helpful.

Cons: A bit of noise from the next room as there was a group staying. Breakfast was not provided.

Value for money place to stay in Rome,a hidden gem

Pros: The B&B is within 5mins walk from Cipro Metro station. It’s about 12mins walk from Vatican Museum. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Plenty of nice Italian restaurants around. The host Vincenzo was very helpful and friendly. Even gave us a map of Rome and told us places of interest around Rome.

Pros: Vinzenzo and Patrizia were really great! They gave great tips about local stuff, places to visit, and restaurants with good food at a good price. The location was great, a 5-minute walk from the Metro. It was very safe in the evening, and there were many small, good restaurants in the neighborhood. There was a supermarket just around the corner to buy fruits, vegetables, water, bread, etc. at a good price.

Excellent base for a family visit to Rome

Pros: Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to Cipro metro station and many shops and restaurants close by. The room itself was comfortable, with useful features such as a coffee machine, small fridge and safe deposit box. Very clean and peaceful. The kitchen/diner area was fully stocked with crockery and cutlery, kettle, and microwave to use as you wish. Owner is lovely- communication before our stay was excellent.

Cons: Nothing - we’d love to come back!

Pros: It was peaceful ,not so many people besides the locals. The kitchen was packed with everything you could need , the bedroom had inside things that made life easier (like the fridge or the safe deposit box). Lovely host and very helpful. It was close to the metro and had very good cafe /restaurants around.

Cons: The tv had a very hard time connecting to the WiFi ,but that is a common problem in the city.
