Very welcoming
Pros: It was easily accessible, we could also get to anywhere in Rome because the Cipro metro station was so close. Vatican is walking distance from the property. There was also a playground which my little kid highly appreciated. Shops, restaurants are close by.
Cons: It was a b&b without breakfast (the summary of the accommodation says otherwise), but the prices are for the accommodation and there are shops nearby, also places for breakfast. The kitchen is small but you only need it for the morning coffee from the machine.

Deeply recommended!
Pros: The location was perfect: very close to the train station and metro, also to Vatican. We spent most of the time walking. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Mariangela helped us with tips etc. We were also able to leave luggage at the property after the check-out.

Best place to stay in Rome
Pros: Exquisite host and perfect price/standard ratio. Mariangela is easily the best host I've ever met. She will explain everything with wonderful kindness and recommend the most important landmarks to visit. Not only that but she will tell you where you can have a really tasty meal. The room is air-conditioned which can help with Italian heat. Simply perfect.
Cons: Not a single thing

Pros: Mariangela was extremely helpful and accommodating to the needs of my mum, who fell ill in Rome. The learning curve was steep as 'medical tourism' was not what we had initially signed up for but she helped us get up to speed with the set up in Rome/Vatican City. She was very caring - a beautiful and gracious host! The B&B is well located, within walking distances to many attractions and medical facilities.

Such a pleasant stay!
Pros: Very pleasant stay. Arriving late Mariangela arranged for us to have easy access to the propety and even we got a very warm welcome. The room had private bathroom and was extremely clean. The location is perfect with easy access to the centre (either you want easy tube access or like walking). Mariangela was very carring and gave us tips everyday on where to go and gave us suggestions which we really appreciate! She even kept our luggage after check out so we could fully enjoy our last day. If I had to raise a point it would be the fact that Wall are paper so you hear everything hapening in the rooms around and above, but it might be part of the Roman experience ! We had an amazing stay and have already recommanded to the place to friends. Big thank you to our host!

Great location, recommended
Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing, close to the metro station. The owner is a super nice lady, who gave us a lot of useful advice.
Cons: Sometimes you had to wait a little bit for the warm water but it was not disturbing.

A great stay!!! If I come to Roma again, I will be back.
Pros: This was the first time an accommodation looked exactly as advertised on booking.com. Sadly the A/C didn’t work, but Mariaangela provided a fan and as it wasn’t hot in the room (also not during the day) it was not a problem at all. The location of the B&B could not have been any better, being able to reach the Vatican within minutes by foot. Only slight point of criticism: Breakfast is not included, it costs around 3€ per person per night at the bar next door. However, in the provided community kitchen you could make your own breakfast (toast and coffee) without a problem. When you browse through the reviews on booking and on google maps, you quickly realize that Mariaangela cares about every review. And let me tell you, as much as she cares about your review, she cares about your well-being whilst you are there. In general we would like to thank Mariaangela for being such an exceptional host and providing great tips for secret spots around the city!
Cons: Honestly nothing really influenced our trip in a negative way. Mariaangela simply is the best. :)
