Pros: Very good location, cleaned every day, helpful owner.

Very nice price performance stay close to Vatican city, but a bit away from tourist crowds.

Pros: Nice location, close to both the metro station and train station. Vacitan was very close as well, and we basically walked also to the other side of the river to get to other attractions. Nice that there is also a small dining area (common to all rooms) with dishes and a microwave. The breakfast place was also very good, with excellent coffee and tasty pastry. The room had very dark curtains - this I really liked, so we could sleep in in the mornings and no light disturbed us.

Cons: The doors and walls are super thin, if you have a bit noisier neighbours, this can disturb. We had a company that woke up super early, and we could hear them showering and talking in the dining area very clearly.

Spotlessly clean, comfy and quiet for a good nights sleep.

Pros: It was perfect. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds. The host was great, he kept in touch with us and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend la Perla do Roma.

Great place to stay comfortably and enjoy the city of Rome

Pros: The flat was easy to access from the Metro station which enabled us to explore the city of Rome and Vatican as well. The room was so clean and also large enough to stay with family. Staffs were kind and easy to contact with them since they responded very quickly. Overall we spent fantastic time there, grazie!

Cons: Only problem was that the water pressure was low, so it took a long time to take a shower.

Pros: Wonderful location, Vatican is 15-20 minutes walk, metro is 50 meters away. The area is full of restaurants, shops and fast food places, you will not stay hungry or thirsty. The vouchers for real Italian espresso and fresh, handmade croissants coincided with my wife's birthday and it was a really great and very tasty surprise. The room was cleaned every day. The parking was also very close. We are very happy with our stay in Rome. Stefano, thank you for everything!

Pros: Great location a 2 minute walk from Cipro metro. Lots of coffee shops. bars and restaurants nearby. Really flexible check in. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Really good quality bedding and towels. Spotlessly clean! Friendly staff available to help with anything. I will return.

Pros: The room was very clean, spacious at a very nice neighborhood, very close to the metro station and to the city center. The daily cleaning and the nice breakfast at a cute cafe nearby elevated the whole experience.

Pros: It was in an ideal location, very close to the Cipro metro station, so we could easily reach all the attractions. The Vatican is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. The Italian-style breakfast (coffee + croissant), which can be enjoyed in a nearby bar, was very delicious. It was a nice way to start the day! :) The hot shower was also nice after a lot of walking. There is also a balcony, but since it was January, we couldn't really use it. The air conditioning heats up the room in seconds. The cleaning lady was very nice, we had a great chat with her every day. We were able to see several less famous Roman attractions (such as the water cave under the Trevi Fountain, the Pyramid) on her recommendation. We were able to occupy the accommodation as early as 11 am, which was a huge help, and on the last day we were allowed to leave our luggage there until 6 pm, so we didn't have to carry it all over the city.

Cons: Nothing, really :)

Pros: The check-in instruction is very clear. The room has a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was very easy. The breakfast provided by the cafe in the neighbourhood was yummy.

Cons: I told the host that I can hear laundry sound early in the morning. The host then spoke to the cleaner and told them to do it at a later time. I appreciate their response to the feedback.
