Great location, excellent breakfast.

Pros: Antonio is a great host, the apartment is situated in in a great spot, close to Vatican and close to line A metro station. The Italian breakfast is excellent and served directly in the room by the host.

Cons: The WiFi works very slow, almost unusable.

Pros: Great location in a nice neighbourhood beside the metro. Antonio was excellent and helpful and brought us breakfast every morning.

Nice personnel; Great if you just need a place to sleep, but not for those needing privacy

Pros: Very nice personnel. He was understanding of our needs and was very helpful. This was especially nice because my friend and I were traveling with sport equipment that we needed to keep in the room. The room was also great for people who are not planning to spend much time other than sleeping there. Breakfast was also nice, but nothing special.

Cons: The reception is right in front of the room doors. It really feels like a large room was reconstructed into a hotel by adding walls. If you're looking for a feeling of privacy, this is not your place.

Pros: It is close to the Vatican Museum and Library. And it takes me 15 mins to walk there every day.

Cons: The neighbors next door made a lot of noise at night, talking loudly around 1:00 to 2:00 a.m for several nights in a row. I didn't open the door to check because I didn't know if they were travelers who came back late after drinking or ghosts of the old house.

Pleasant, comfortable, friendly

Pros: It was in a quiet residential area. The owner was very friendly and could not have offered us more help. Such a gentleman! The metro was 5 mins away. In the heat wave, the air con in the room was essential and wonderful! The room was pleasant/ comfortable size. We had twin beds. The shutters kept the light out so we could enjoy our rest . There were cafes and shops nearby but not so near that we could hear them!

Cons: No issues! It was quite far from the centre of Rome , so we needed to go on the Underground but that was practical. The flat is on the 4th floor but there is a lift. If you were to have other, noisier guests staying in any of the neighbouring rooms, you would hear them. ( we did not experience this)

Pros: Host - Antonio was extremely nice We got a room earlier then check in time and were very pleased about it. Location is great - not far away let from Vatican and silent at the same time

Pros: The host was very friendly and met me at the apartment late at night. He also recommended me a good restaurant in the area. The location is quite convenient: the metro is a few minutes walk, the Vatican is 10 minutes away. There is a breakfast, but it's not something \

Cons: I understand that this is not a problem with the apartments themselves, but still: the building is under reconstruction, work is carried out every weekday from 8 am right outside your window. Due to this construction work, it was not easy to find the correct entrance to the building. Also, as already written in the reviews, this is not a hotel, but a flat divided into several “apartments\
