Pros: We had a wonderful stay and Matias was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any questions. The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Matias went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his hospitality truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Bright, clean, spacious apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and a perfect size for the five of us. The location is fantastic. The kids (and the adults) loved the game console (thanks, Matias). It was a great way to relax after walking around Rome all day.

Cons: The kitchen has great appliances, but cooking for the family would have been much easier if there had been dish towels, a cutting board, an oven dish, cereal bowls... A little more equipment in the kitchen would be appreciated.

Pros: This apartment is very nice, comfortable and quiet. Free parking places can be easily found, in front of the house. Bus and train stations are nearby and there are also many stores, bakery, supermarkets and restaurants which are closed to this apartment. The owner of the apartment replied our any questions quickly and provided us useful information. We have stayed here with a great satisfaction. 👍😊

Pros: El apartamento desde fuera no tiene muy buen aspecto, pero por dentro estaba muy bien, aunque había calefacción por lo que a veces pasábamos mucho calor y no sabíamos como apagarla. Los cuartos eran muy cómodos, igual que el salón y el baño, muy espaciosos.

Cons: Por otro lado, la cocina no estaba mal, pero para fregar la esponja estaba en mal estado. También fue complicado descubrir cómo encender la vitrocerámica, ya que las de ahora son táctiles y no hay muchas personas que sepan utilizar la del apartamento.
