Great host, cozy and good-value apartment.

Pros: The best host I have ever met. Very easy check-in and check-out process. All my questions were answered quickly and with great attention. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, and the yard makes it especially perfect for the hot season. Excellent value for the price — I highly recommend this place.

Cons: Like in many European cities, the hot water here is provided by an electric boiler. Unfortunately, it is quite small and not sufficient for five people to take showers without running out of hot water. If you are more than three guests, you will probably need to take turns when showering 😅 This can be a bit uncomfortable, especially during the summer.

Pros: The place was amazing and the best thing has been the owner. She left everything very Organizer, the place had everything, even water. It is beautiful, clean and spacious. The area super quiet and you can go everywhere, perfect location to go to the airport and central Rome. Next to the house you will find an amazing traditional pizza place IT IS DELICIOUS. We highly recommended this place. Very clean and the bed was perfect. We were as a family and she even left toys and books for our son, wonderful. This place and her owner were an amazing discovering. Thank you so much.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great place to stay in Rome. There's a shop next door and a few great, local restaurants (not crowded and not tourist-oriented), there's a station nearby but we usually chose to walk around 40 minutes to the city center. The place itself was spacious and clean. You can drink your morning coffee or evening beverage on the patio. The kitchen is well-equipped. The host are lovely and helpful and even welcomed us with a few snacks! Highly recommend

Cons: The bathroom is a bit old-fashioned but functional

Loved the terrace and the kitchen - great for groups.

Pros: I liked the balcony and privacy, as well as the convenience to the Quattro Venti station. The rooms were great and would definitely stay again. :)

Cons: The journey into central Rome was a bit long sometimes, especially coming back in the evenings, but was worth it for what else we got.

Casa perfetta

Pros: La casa è pulita ed accogliente, I letti comodi, non mancava nulla. Valentina è stata molto gentile e disponibile anche con il checkout consentendoci di rimanere fino alle 16

Pros: Dal vivo è molto più carina di quello che si vede in foto

Pros: Ļoti labs novietojums, rūpīga, gādīga un draudzīga saimniece, kas padomā par detaļām.

Pros: Lækker bagermester lige ved siden af lejligheden. Kan anbefales at købe både morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad der. Pænt og rent. Venlig vært kort til tog station, samt en fin gåtur ind til centrum Rom

Cons: Sengene var desværre ikke særlig gode, specielt sovesofaer i stuen var ret dårlig at sove på

Imperdibile en Roma

Pros: La dueña es una persona muy amable y preocupada por el bienestar de los huéspedes. El departamento excepcional! Tal cual como en las fotos, muy limpio, ordenado, con buena ubicación, hay conexiones cerca al transporte público.

Pros: Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie. W mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Właścicielka to przemiła osoba i bardzo pomocna. Koło domu jest sklep spożywczy oraz przystanek autobusowy, niedaleko też jest stacja kolejki. Łatwo można się dostać do centrum. Na pewno tu wrócę znowu jak będę w Rzymie. Polecam 👍😊
