Pros: The room itself is very comfortable and well equipped, and the check-in process was simple and easy. We really enjoyed the property and the facilities. However, the location is quite poor. It takes almost an hour by public transportation to reach the city center, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient. That being said, for the price, it’s actually a very nice option.

Great place for short time stay
Pros: We were very happy with our stay, everything you need, was there. Kitchen design was clever. Room was clean, AC worked great. There was a hair dryer and some shower gel in the bathroom. Complimentary 2 bottles of water aswell.
Cons: Only thing we were missing was a real blanket. Sadly the room wasn't very soundproof, you could hear everything from the corridor, and sometimes louder talking from the apartments next to you aswell.

Pros: It was easy, but if i had a problem i asked Daniela, and she immediatly helped me out.
Cons: The neightbours were loud in the other room at the first night, but Daniela solved everything, to make us comfortable.

Pros: Everything was super nice. It was clean, the kitchen had everything you need, Daniela was nice and helpful and everything went smoothly. Thanks to the check-out system we were able to check-out at 3AM, which was really important to us. I really recommend Dafne room, it made out stay in Rome really comfy. Also the destination is good, few minutes from bus, which can take you to metro in like 3 minutes. The shops and restaurants around were also nice.
Cons: nothing, everything was great. :)

Pros: Super kontakt z właścicielką, proste zameldowanie i wymeldowanie (nieważne o jakiej porze), czysto!, wyposażony aneks kuchenny, pokoje są małe, przytulne, w pobliżu supermarket, restauracje
Cons: Brak stolika i krzesełek na balkonie, ale nie wpłynęło to na nasz pobyt Trochę daleko od centrum, dobra opcja jeżeli ktoś lubi dużo spacerować i jeździć komunikacją miejską

Un ottimo compromesso nella Città Eterna
Pros: Stanza e bagno puliti, funzionali per le notti che ci abbiamo trascorso io e il mio compagno. Nel mobile in stanza c'erano anche molte cose utili per prepararsi pasti nel cucinotto comune. Noi non li abbiamo usati, ma sembrava ben fornito, abbiamo anche apprezzato le due bottigliette d'acqua che ci sono state lasciate nel frigo. La posizione non è centrale ma a noi serviva essere in zona Tiburtina e comunque è ben servita dai mezzi, metro (fino alla stazione di Tiburtina) e autobus. La comunicazione con la struttura è stata facile e fluida (e non abbiamo avuto problemi a entrare e trovare le chiavi).
Cons: Bagno un po' piccolino e cieco, ma nulla di così scomodo da non riuscire a non utilizzarlo. La chiave del portone di ingresso del palazzo non era fluida nel girare ma comunque non abbiamo avuto grossi problemi a entrare e a usarla.
