Pros: The place, location, the room very clean, the balcony

Pros: The room was clean and near the city center by bus.

Pros: The place is excellent. Great value for money. Communication with the person in charge was great. I didn't have internet access and the information they gave me in advance was enough to get into the accommodation without any problems. I had to check in at dawn due to several problems I had on the flight. The person in charge was very kind and understanding. I hope I didn't cause any inconvenience by sending the photo of the document too late. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Just what you need

Pros: Even though it is not in the center, the connection is very good. The bus stop is just next to the building so traveling to the center and other various spots to visit is pretty comfortable. And if you want to walk to the center there are very nice places to see on the way. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were just there for sleeping but it was very nice. And also there are nice coffee shops with pastries in the neighborhood :)

Good experience

Pros: The place manager was very good to us. We had to check in in middle of night and managing person was kind and helpful. The place was reachable to Tiburtina bus station. so if anyone who is traveling to Amalfi coast, I recommend this place. Everything was good about this place.

My staying in Casalbertone

Pros: Clean and central accommodation. Room with a balcony. Good communication with staff. Shared kitchen with possibility to cook/make a coffee. Fair price.

Cons: Tax city payment to be made by bank transfer. However, as I had problems with this, the staff gave me the possibility to pay by cash. Loud noise from the flat above at 7 am in the morning. The room and toilet are big enough for one person, no more (it was okay for me as I was on my own).

Pros: Owner was very friendly. Room was very neat and tidy. Decent sized bathroom. Balcony was a nice addition.

Cons: The children in the apartment above were running around and screaming all hours of the night, but that isn’t the owners fault. The plumbing in the building was also very loud, the toilet made a weird noise whenever the shower was in use, and we could hear very clearly when other people were having showers or using their sinks. Again though, not really the owners fault.

Nice, clean place.

Pros: Really nice and clean property. Kitchen with basic things to use during stay. Owner is really nice, first contact from Owner was in italian but then it switched to english without problem.

Cons: There are thin walls, in the floor above our room there were kids playing loudly during night. They could be just visitors from another accommodation in the same building. The bed was too soft for my preference.

Good value for money overall

Pros: Room was nice and clean, nice terrace. Neighborhood is nice and safe. Host is amazing, only words praise, we have for the host. Convenient, really pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Location is not ideal. Distance wise is not very far from center, but everything except metro in Rome, regarding public transport, is horrible. Busses are never on time and crowded. You will need about 45 min to the center. Noise from neighbors from upstairs late in the evening.

Pros: The girl who did our registration was very kind and helped us a lot with any information.
