Nice large apartment in Rome
Pros: Location is beatiful and is easy to find parking. Entering the flat through the mobile app works fine, once you figure it out. The flat itself is large, nicely furnished and comfortable. Generally, it lends itself to a longer stay, since there is a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and nice.
Cons: The host gave us one single roll of toilet paper, although there are two toilets in the flat. There was no soap, either. There were no blankets whatsoever, but at least it was warm summer weather all around. The cupboard needs fixing, as well. Although the entry through the app is fine, we found it needlessly complicated. Just giving us the key in a locker would work much better.

Great stay in good area
Pros: Excelent apartment in nice building. Big supermarket next door, cafe and tabac around the corner. Very easy access to bus and train, about 30-40 minutes to central attractions. Direct to reach from Fiumicino airport. Safe neighborhood and very nice to stroll around. Apartment had all needed amenities for 6 people.
Cons: Little bit more maintenance details such as refill soap/shower gel/dishwasher detergent, replace shower head and used knives. One bedroom does not have AC.

Pros: The place is amazing. It was clean and well equipped with the facilities we needed. The air-conditioning was working well and the beds were comfortable. The host is an amazing person who gives help when needed and answers quickly. Some people might complain it is a bit to far away from the center of Rome but for us who don't mind a 40 min walk , it didn't bother us one bit. The walk to the center of Rome is a fantastic one filled with nice views and friendly people and really recommend it instead of public transport. I 100% recommend this place.

Pros: Clean apartment with separate air conditioning in 2/3 rooms. Very close to a grocery store. One bus to many of the major locations in Rome such as Colosseum and Termini station (quite a long ride though and in our experience Rome's busses aren't the most reliable.)
Cons: We had some difficulties with getting warm water in the shower.

Pros: l’affittuario è veramente accogliente e gentile: si è preoccupato sin dall’inizio che tutto andasse per il verso giusto e ci ha lui stesso consigliato tutti i ristoranti e posti dove andare, trovandoci benissimo e facendoci vivere l’esperienza ancora meglio. La cosa che ci ha sorpreso di più è stata che è venuto lui stesso a portarci un regalo di benvenuto. I signori delle pulizie bravissimi e ci hanno messo tutti loro stessi per farci trovare la casa in perfetto stato. Esperienza top e molto comodo per raggiungere il centro, siamo stati veramente bene❤️🥰

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un fine settimana in famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è risultata accogliente, pulita e funzionale, con riscaldamento attivo e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi facilmente verso il centro di Roma. Un ringraziamento particolare a Eduardo, molto presente e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva. Torneremmo volentieri.

Pros: El apartamento es genial, una zona de la ciudad buena, segura y confiable.... Muy buena la experiencia en este apartamento. Repetiría con toda seguridad.
