good, cosy, comfortable.

Pros: The room was cosy and very comfortable, Bathroom was adequate. For a short stay it is nice, short walk to the metro, nice coffee shops in the area.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything, yet peaceful and charming. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the service was truly exceptional. The breakfast at the café across the street was delicious and such a lovely touch. Everything was beyond our expectations — from the cleanliness to the warm hospitality. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Rome. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: Very helpfull and friendly owner Pefect location if you plan a few days in rome tks to nearby subway or to visit vatican 10min walking distance

Pros: We like friendliness and cleaning of the place and beds are very comfortable location is also centrally located 5 mins from metro.

Vatican Point break review

Pros: Gianluca was awesome host - helped us to get settle in. Apartment is clean and comfortable, well located with metro near by and cafe bars. The building doesn't look much from the outside just another apartment blocks but the rooms are great. Neighbourhood looked fine, lots of locals and bit off the touristy areas. I will definitely book again when in Rome.

Cons: The entrance to the block is stashed on the side, took a bit to find out. Just walk past the English school towards the courtyard and it's there.

Pasada por Roma

Pros: La disposición del encargado de la habitación! Se ocupó que nuestro arribo fuera de la Mejor Forma a pesar que llegamos muy tarde.

Cons: La Aplicación no filtró bien el Requerimiento de alojamiento. Filtramos La Búsqueda con Hotel, desayuno y estacionamiento. Dentro de los Criterios estaba el seleccionado pero no había estacionamiento en el hotel, el Desayuno es una cortesía en un local externo y la habitación es muy buena pero En una apartamento compartido.

Excelente

Pros: La atención de Matteo excelente desde nuestra llegada a Roma hasta que nos retiramos, muy buen anfitrión, amable, atento a nuestras necesidades e inquietudes. La habitación muy linda, confortable, el baño también. Además, se puede disfrutar de un rico café o té. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del Vaticano, de la Plaza San Pedro. Muchos medios de transporte para movilizarse.- Es un lugar en el que vale la pena alojarse, volvería. -

The managing staff was very helpful and courteous.

Pros: The location worked for us. Close enough to the Vatican.

Cons: Although the room was very Clean, there was an upsetting sewer smell at Times.
