Lovely clean hotel and central location, staff very friendly and helpful 😀

Pros: Location was central to find all the attractions. Breakfast was good

Saw all the sights of Rome. Friendly city.

Pros: Next to train station and. Metro. Plenty places to eat and drink nearby.

Cons: As it’s near a train station there were loads of foreign men hanging around the area into the night shouting and being intimidating. We were warned by hotel staff about pick pockets around the area also.

Great location with good breakfast but a bit worn rooms

Pros: The location was very convenient, especially to take the train outside the city. I saw some complaining about the shady atmosphere, but it didn't bother us (2 women) too much as there were police and even military 24/7 all around the train station. The breakfast was also great; nothing extravagant but the coffee and scrambled egg were very good.

Cons: The room has seen its days and there are quite a lot of dents, stains, chipped off corners everywhere on the wall, carpet and seams, but nothing that really impacts your stay, I guess. The size was quite small, but not too serious. Unfortunately they didn't have coffee machine or a kettle in the room, but when we asked the reception, they brought us a kettle. And the coffee from the breakfast was great.. so, it made up for it.

Pros: location was perfect and it was very pleasant having breakfast on the terrace.

Cons: very small room and shelf not big enough to hold my cabin size bag

Comfortable and ideally located for transport and sightseeing.

Pros: Room as very comfortable. Breakfast offered a good range and staff were very friendly. Reception Staff welcoming and helpful. Excellent location close to Termini Station. Water provided in room.

Cons: It would have been good if they had a lounge and bar. A kettle in the room would have been welcome.

Pros: Breakfast was the best great variety catered for all your location was perfect easy access to everything we wanted (metro termini walking good landmark we enjoyed it all

Cons: Pillows but that is a little matter it didn't effect our stay

Pros: It was close to everything, the breakfast was good. The staff were excellent

Pros: Everything was superb: the staff, the room, the facilities, the food... it was clean, the service was superb and I had a nice stay.

Cons: around the hotel it was crowded, kind of dirty and late in the evening I felt unsafe. But it's not absolutely the hotel's fault!

A fabulous hotel would stay there again

Pros: We had travelled a long way and our room was ready when we got there, we were so grateful. Staff always friendly and obliging , fabulous location, breakfast great. Very clean and comfortable

Cons: I wouldn’t say didn’t like but just a suggestion. A washing machine in the hotel( that you had to pay to use) would have been such a bonus. Also somewhere you could sit within the hotel to enjoy a drink. We only had one chair in the room so someone had to sit on the bed.
