Pros: It was amazing, everything was so clean. The staff was great: polite, friendly, and very welcoming. They even let us leave our bags after we checked out, which was really helpful. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience.Location is great for tourists.

Perfect accommodation close to Termini

Pros: Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to Stazione Termini. The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. The room was clean, the linen, towels and bedding clean and crisp. The room, especially the bathroom was a little on the small size, but we only stayed one night, and for our needs it was adequate and very affordable.

Cons: Because the bathroom was so small, there's no room for a separate bidet (if you're used to it, it's a bit of a problem). They did however had the toilet/bidet 2 in 1 combo installed.

Pros: I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel - very good location, great and helpful staff, room cleaned every day. The breakfast was good :) I totally recommend it.

Pros: The front desk was professional and helpful, excellent location and great room with a city view.

Cons: Sound isolation to the reception area could be improved.

Pros: The staff is amazingly friendly, they even let you store your luggage before check in and after check out

Cons: The street is a little bit noisy but it is to be expected in Rome

Cozy stay right next to Rome Railway station

Pros: The hotel had a super friendly and supportive staff with a 24x7 reception. The close proximity to Roma Termini and the presence of many top rated eateries and stores in the vicinity made it super convenient to stay and enjoy Rome. We stayed from 31st Dec to 2nd Jan and the presence of a window with city view allowed us to witness the fireworks at night. Most of the places of interest were walkable from the hotel. But the bus and metro were equally close. The room and toilet were small but clean and well stocked with toiletries. For any requests the reception desk was always at our service.

Cons: Though renovated, the property is in a very old building. It is nice for those who look for heritage where you get to walk on marble steps worn out by thousands of people who walked there before you. We were on the first floor, so the elevator wasn’t an issue. However, the elevator fits only two persons at a time.

Great warmth and hospitality

Pros: The hotel was great, close to the train station and all other transportation (bus, metro, shuttle). The room was so cosy, clean and had all the necessities. Our reservation didn't include breakfast but they offered us a complementary one the first morning and it was so delicious <3 We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning because you will never get enough of Rome :D

Very near Termini station and accommodating staff

Pros: The location is so ideal, staff were very accommodating and friendly. They clean the room everyday and provided fresh new towels everyday. And the beds were comfy.

Cons: Due to the location being a stone away from Termini station, you can hear a lot of noise from outside specially at night. But above all, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I recommend this place, will come again)
