Clean tidy , good value .

Pros: Clean and well positioned close to termini train station.

Cons: A little bit of street noise

Pros: The hotel is located near the Roma Termini Station, you can reach it from the station in less than 5minutes depending how fast you walk - perfect location for people who wants flexibility and convenience of public transpo. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, they let us checkin earlier than the expected checkin time which was so helpful since we are travelling with a baby. We checked out at dawn and we didnt have any problems. It is good to note that if you are travelling with a baby, the hotel do not offer cot/crib because of the size of the room - not much issue for us because we stayed only for one night.

Cons: The hotel is located in a busy street, so at night you might here cars or people walking outside. The noise did not disturb us too much because we slept through the night.

Good value for money

Pros: Very close to the train station. Main attractions are 30' walking. Staff very friendly. I had a single room, quite compact but cosy and very clean.

Cons: I bit noisy in the morning as my room was just by the lift. Noisy also outside as there are a few restaurant. But nothing annoying to be honest

Pros: Fantastic and helpful staff, really welcoming and accommodating.. Great convenient location close to Termini, metro and buses with plenty of places to eat nearby. Lots to visit within walking distance. Great value for money. Thank you.

Cons: Noise level but to be expected for the location. Bathroom snug but has everything you need.

A good little hotel. Perfect for solo travellers who want to spend their time on the streets of Rome

Pros: Good location, very close to the train station, not too long a walk down the hill to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful. The price was very good for Rome. A great spot to just return to wash and sleep having spent the days wandering the streets and piazzas of Roma.

Cons: The room was pretty small, but it really was just a place to sleep so that didn't matter too much. The single bed was a little small and had a slight lean on it, but again was no big deal.

Pros: Excellent experience at the hotel! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it for people looking for a budget accommodation with easy access to public transport, various restaurants and attractions.

Pros: Location is great — 5min walk to Termini. Staff is accommodating and kind. Check-in is at 12 and check-out at 11 the next day.

Pros: Central in Rome. Close to the Termini Train station. Had most of what we needed and space to unpack and move around. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: It was in the process of being re plastered and painted internally but that was OK. Had room for a small fridge but no fridge available.
