A womderful stay

Pros: Its comfortable and its close and its also the staff that make a difference we have come back here because of how welcoming they are! Gabino always makes sure we are comfortable askinh if we ok which doesnt happen alot these days . As does Daniela Christian and Marco they check in and make sure all our needs are fulfilled They all wonderful staff and we tbank them all so very much!

Cons: Hard to get parking but staff always help us

Great value for money and central location!

Pros: Great location, just walking across Rome Termini station! Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Great selection of food for breakfast buffet and they opened on Christmas day!

Cons: The room is a bit small for a family of four but we love the comfy bed.

We can say it was good .

Pros: When we arrived we have a misunderstanding in the room that we have booked and what they offered ,but at the end they gave us the rooms that we want ,they were clean and the cleaning service was daily done .the location was very easy as it’s near Rome Termini (bus ,Metrou ,train stations).the hotel is an old monument not a new one but it’s nice,even if the rooms have not too much space .The staff at the reception was very nicely and helpful .

Cons: The breakfast was poor for hotel with 4 stars same same every day ,the dinning rooms was crowded and small ,but the service was fast and nicely .

Pros: Location, the lifts, the 3 individual beds. The breakfast variety. The waiters at the luncheon room were very nice and warm. They made us feel welcome

Great location, good value, staff could learn to smile.

Pros: Great location, particularly close to Rome Termini. Some staff really lovely. Tiny 'bar' but again, with lovely staff- could do with opening for much, much longer. Nice room, comfortable and quiet.

Cons: Check-in meant to be at 2pm. I was (quite rudely) told to wait without explanation nor how long for. They finally called me at 3pm! But to apologise for the wait, 10e off was offered from breakfast, but I hadn't ordered one so that was pointless. Shower was quite small, but I made it work. First time in Italy so really unsure whether customer service is just generally poor or whether it was for any other reason. Ethic staff only ever smiled and were very polite. The others looked like they didn't want me to be there.
