Pros: Friendly staff and good location Breakfast included meant great value for money, 24 hour reception

Cons: Rooms a bit tired shower size in our room quite small for my 6ft 4 husband .

Good location for a travel stop if travelling in and out by train.

Pros: Close to the train station. We only stayed one night and chose the location for that reason. Came in by train and left by train the following morning. (Room 556).

Cons: It's located in what looks like a rough area of town.

Pros: The location is really good, even though the surroundings are a little bit tricky. You should pay attention to where you walk. Nothing has happened to our group, but we saw an old man being robbed one street in the surroundings. But you are located very well, near Termini Station. You can walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and all around. The staff is marvelous. Everyone really, really nice! They make a difference.

Cons: The Breakfast was the weakest I have ever seen, unfortunately. If it is important to you to have a healthy breakfast, other than option with heavy carb as bread and pie and oat... then, you will miss eggs, ham, real cheese and so on. My room had a toilet that we could barely sit on it, because of the countertop, it was really unconfortable.

Good location hotel

Pros: Hotel is very close to Roma termini station. Proximity to bus and rail makes this hotel a good option.

Cons: Hotel rooms need an upgrade. Though it is clean, it needs a refurbishment.

The exceptional customer service and good location

Pros: The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly. The room was very clean and nice, location is the best, 5 min walk to the termini station

Pros: Excellent location and super friendly staff. Great simple options for breakfast in the mornings, consistently good quality. Staff very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to help

Cons: The shower needs fixing. The plastic seal between the doors came off partially multiple times, and the towel rack on within the shower was not secured correctly, making it easy to remove from the wall.
