Pros: great central location near the main train station clean, good value

Perfect For the Price - Friendly, Clean & Handy

Pros: For the price, the location etc. the hotel was on point. I appreciated the daily room clean and change of towels. Also the 24 hr reception was a positive as we were coming and going. I liked the building style with high ceilings and typical old school shutters. It was quiet and there is a laundry across the road. It was everything we needed.

Cons: It is not a fancy hotel, it is old but clean. The only basic improvement I would suggest is a hot water jug and a couple of mugs. Then it would have been perfect for us.

24/7 friendly reception, luggage storage, convenient location

Pros: 24/7h reception staffed at all hours, friendly staff, secure and free luggage storage outside of the check-in window, free water dispenser and sitting area at reception, very convenient while waiting for train - only a few minutes walk from Termini train/metro station, and near to many historic and religious sites including aprox 20 minutes walk from Colosseum

Fair price for the conditions!

Pros: Clean place! Convenient that was 2’ away from termini, nice staff.

Cons: We spotted bugs in the room but that is a problem of the area generally.

Pros: A nice place, a cozy room and nice staff. 5 minutes walk from termini station which connects you to any place in italy

Cons: We arrived at 11pm first night, and the area was really scary! Till about 8-9pm it is safe and a lively place, but wouldnt reccomend to stay later than that outside

Pros: + comfy beds + shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom + fresh towels everyday + fridge in the room + very close to the Roma Termini station

Cons: - we could hear all the noise from the street - dangerous area (better not to leave the hotel in the night)

Pros: The room was lovely it had a balcony lots of space and comfortable. Great location beside the main terminal and beside restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and kept our bags on the last day.

Pros: The service was very good. The receptionists were very polite and efficient. The location is also good, a 4 minute walk to the nearest train or metro station. There are also several good food options nearby.

its apleasant stay , clean room, smooth functioning,at reception its always a warm welcome.

Pros: every thing is fine , location is 2-3 minute walk from termini.surrounding good eateries.safe atmosphere,. i travelled with my daughter.requested fortwin bed. they provide twin bed.ownwer or manager was very helpfull. Rules are strict, i like it.Bathroom equiped with bath tub, 24 hr hot water .refrigerator was excellent to chill the beer.only thing is that no inhouse restaurant but they should provide a tea cattle .otherwise very good for group, family.I enjoyed the stay.Suttle bus for both airport is 100meter from the main gate of the hotel.

Cons: tea cattle can be provided to all rooms. or atleast one cup of tea in morning can be served in room.
