Overall our group had a comfortable stay in this hotel.

Pros: What we liked most is the location: convenient and close to Termini, with many nearby shops and restaurants. Our allocated rooms varied from double to quadruple and some rooms were a bit tight. We requested our rooms to be close together, which was partially fulfilled, because we were on different floors, from ground floor to 4th floor. All hotel staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was good.

Cons: Rooms were clean, but dark, with thin walls (one could hear voices from next door) and outdated furniture. Any upgrade would be beneficial for a much more comfortable stay.

Pros: Both Kate and I love this hotel. The staff are exceptional. Thank you to Gianfranco, Aliona, and the other members of staff. It is always a pleasure and staff are so helpful, supportive and welcoming. This hotel comes highly recommended. Also we would like to mention the Manager at Breakfast. Wonderful array to choose from. The Manager also there to assist, thank you.

Cons: We liked all about this hotel. Have been going back for years, it's location is fantastic.

Good location

Pros: Good location for exploring the City and to other cities. Walking distance to Termini, Maggiore, the Coliseo. Good cafe and pizzeria beside it.

Cons: The new tourist tax. 4 star hotels are charged more.

Pros: Location is great, just 5 mins walk to Termini. Hotel is clean, comfortable, breakfast is fine too. I would like to thank Gianfranco, Michele and Elena on reception, they were very helpfull. Our first room was too noisy because of main street, they helped us to change the number which located on inner side, so we could sleep well. Also they didnt charge us for breakfast, which became a great bonus to our stay at thie hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant stay albeit short

Pros: Location was perfect as it is close to the train station. It’s also not far from the Colosseum. Generous room size when compared to many European hotels. Breakfast was very American.

Cons: Shower with its own stand needed.

Pros: Wonderful attitude of the hotel staff! The rooms are large, clean and very well furnished! Ideal location! The breakfast was very tasty and varied! I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the magic of ancient Rome!
