Pros: Ok I liked the location, cleanliness, daily bed making and trash emptying. And above all, the friendly staff. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Cons: There's nothing that needs to be corrected there.

Excellent location- perfect price.

Pros: The price was good and the location was excellent. (Very near the train station and metro and taxi rank and hop on and off bus, near kfc/McDonalds/supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc). The receptionist was lovely and I loved the lift. Nice amount of mirrors in room. Toiletries were cute and plenty of plug sockets Air con, high ceilings, pleasant beds. Perfect on price point too - pocket friendly price.

Perfect location for termini station communication,next to good cheap shops,and restaurants

Pros: Brilliant staff, speak perfect English,very positive and kind.our room was good, Clean bedding, clean towels, plenty of soap and shampoo, shower worked fine,we had microwave and fridge inside. Perfect location,less than one minute walk from termini bus stop to Terra vision buses to airport. Hassle free check out.all brilliant.thank you

Pros: Hotel located in close proximity from tourist attractions. Good connection to all important places that we wanted to visit. Very nice service. Room clean, comfortable, equipped with basic accessories: towels, soap, shampoo, kettle, microwave.
