Pros: Extemly kind stagg, gool location, brand new and clean room

Pros: Near the train station , the staff were nice as we did an in person check in. And they left chocolates on the bed as we were staying over valentine day

Cons: The walls were on the thin side, so you could hear someone shout through the walls.

Pros: The front desk staff of their sister hotel The Garden Flower were so lovely and helpful . We chose to check in and out traditionally and this is where you do that . The room was small but lovely and so clean and comfortable. Would stay again .

Pros: There’s a bit of noise in the neighborhood, but otherwise everything is perfect very clean and very comfortable.

Made our time in Rome memorable!

Pros: Amazing stay! Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly, even without a reception they immediately replied to any of our questions via WhatsApp. Location is very close to central station, super easy to navigate and walk anywhere. Rooms were mostly sound proof, TV great size. So easy to access them via private code so didn’t have to worry about keys and such. And…the comfiest pillows we have ever slept on! No complaints at all!!

Cons: Because we’re so close to the central station, it didn’t feel the safest during the night - but once we’re inside the hotel it was great.

Most comfortable room ever

Pros: One of the best hotels we've stayed! The room is exactly as it looks in the pictures and way bigger and more spacious. It was super clean and each day we were provided with clean towels and a fresh and clean room (the cleaning lady did an excellent job). The room was very modern and in general everything was new and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind they helped us store our luggage and most importantly the communication with the main hotel (flower garden) was fast through messages. We've had the best sleep and the warmest room ever!

Cons: We weren't bothered by it but late at night it can get a little sketchy but nothing to be worried about.

Pros: Clean, very close to Termini station, very easy check-in and check-out, Overall very good value for money for those simply looking for a place to stay for the night near Termini and the center of Rome

Cons: The soundproofing between the bedrooms could be better, but for this price, one can hardly expect more.

Great place, clean and comfortable

Pros: The room was super clean, the mattress and pillows very comfortable.

Cons: 9am cleaners' vacuum going on, I guess expected, but we had a very tiring day and arrived at the hotel late, so at that time we were still sleeping. Bathroom was very clean as well, but shower the knob to change water from top shower to handle broke and I got a jet of cold water. They were prob not aware of that. I fixed it, but prob shower needs to be looked at. I would still reccomend this hotel, and I would still go back to it because of the above.
