Good value for price and room

Pros: Good location, the staff were nice, and they were able to store your bags before or on the day of check-in. This allows me more time. I never took breakfast, so I can't say if it was good or not. I would book this hotel again, Only a few mins from the train station.

Cons: No hot water or more cold then warm in the sink and also the shower, You do find these in Hotel in the morning, so I can't moan. No plugs to charge phone or devices, Glad I had my powerbank A few restaurants outside can be a bit noisy at night, not a problem for me

Pros: The hotel is ideally situated in the city center, in an extremely convenient location right next to both the train and bus stations, providing easy access to transportation and key points of interest. The breakfast was exceptional, offering an extensive buffet with a wide variety of high-quality options. The selection was impressive and catered to different tastes. The bed was particularly comfortable, featuring an excellent mattress that ensured a restful and pleasant night’s sleep. Furthermore, the staff was consistently courteous, professional, and attentive, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Highly recommended hotel if you look for a comfortable vacation!

Pros: Location was near Termini and it makes easy to move anywhere we want. Usually, I prefer to book hotel near Termini, which makes my travel even easier to move any time from airport to Termini and vice versa. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh and tasty. Room was comfortable, clean and the towels were changed every day. This makes our travel more comfortable. Staff was too polite and kind. The most important issue was late check-in service, while some hotels even with 4stars rejected late check-in service, hotel Serena welcomed us at 3:00 am without any problems. Pros: Good location,near for everything. Good room,well equiped but little bit old ,looks like romans style. Breakfast was fresh and enough for start day.

Cons: Low water pressure sometimes and need repair bath cabine.

Pros: Good place. Clean, simple, nice personal in reception. Vert comfortible to travel because next to termini station. Spend here 4nights

Cons: Poor breakfast. Only boiled eggs, ham and cheese for sandwich. But very delicious cakes and other sweet food.

Great quality for the money!

Pros: The location is near Termini station which was great bc we had an early morning flight and needed to catch a bus. The room was clean, had all the facilities. The receptionist guy (we didn’t ask a name, but he work till evening 8 o’clock) was super friendly and helpful. He offered to send our postcards back home, so we didn’t need to search for mailbox since there was raining heavily! Breakfast and fresh coffee (which is made by Italian lady) was delicious.

Cons: It was cold in the room to sleep at night - I believe there was a small gap in the window. Also there could be a card to hang on the door if you want the cleaning lady to come in or not. It didn’t bother us, but some people might want that :)
