very good for the price

Pros: location is perfect if you travel by train. 2 minutes walk from Termini. THe room and service is good considered the low cost. Room was clean

Pros: The hotel was wonderful. It is a little bit out-dated but fantastic service. The lift is amazing 😁. I loved the little commune area where you could have tea or coffee.

Cons: There was no kettle in the room.

A nice stay near Termini station

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near Termini station and metro. It was very easy to access all main sites. Plenty of small shops and eating places in the neighbourhood. Room was clean with a hot shower and comfortable beds. Fine breakfast.

The stay was pleasant.

Pros: The room was clean. Breakfast was just enough for us and the location is superb as it is near the main train station and a ten minute brisk walk will get you to the centre.

Cons: The only thing that bothered us was the tram passing right under the window. We had to keep the windows closed almost at all times even though we were on the fifth floor.

Triple room.

Pros: Great central location. Cozy atmosphere. We had a nice corner room with windows on 2 sides exactly as pictured on Booking.com. Bathroom was very big. Shower head needed to be changed and was replaced immediately, even though it was a Saturday.

Cons: Breakfast was a little too plain, can definitely be improved. Water temperature was inconsistent. Beds were not comfy, so we had to put some blankets under the sheet, and then it was OK. Noisy at night (no fault of the hotel, of course), but if you are looking for a quiet place, you need to choose another location.

Nice hotel in perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, very clean good size room and ensuite shower room with bidet. Everything in perfect working order including the fridge in the room. Antique lift completely noiseless in perfect working order, it was a joy to use it. Very good wifi signal in the room Breakfast was included, and was good value for money. We didn't watch tv in the room, as after a whole day of sightseeing only had the energy left to catch up with friends and family on Facebook. Didn't use the aircon either as it wasn't too hot outside, and sleeping with open windows was completely comfortable.

Cons: Nothing to mention in this section, we enjoyed our stay very much
