Pros: Hotel is in a good part of Rome 2 minutes walk away from Rome Termini and plenty metro acess as well 10-15 minutes ride away from Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Colosseum

Pros: The location! Cleanliness...and you ve got the washing machine and dryer too.. Little kitchinette Easy to access everywhere...

Pros: The property was clean, spacious and the location was excellent. 2 minute walk from the train station and lots of restaurants, shops etc surrounding. It was also about 30 minute walk to trevi fountain which was easy and enjoyable.

Pros: location - excellent; three minutes walk to Stazione Termini rooms - clean, spacious and well equipped - with (good) coffee machine in the room facilities of laundry/ironing room and storage of luggage after check out till late hours of same day

Cons: AC - could not control it; room was too hot but too noisy to open window (with closed window room was quiet)

Location was convenient and Comfortable stay

Pros: As we are traveling around Italy, staying near the Roma Termini Station is most convenient for us and Numa hotel is just a block away, 3 mins to the Termini Station. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The bed is comfortable and the Nespresso type coffee machine is provided in the room. Self check in system is doable and smooth if you pre download the Numa App before arrival where you will be provided with code to your room. They have a laundry room where the washing machine and dryer was provided for the guest to use which is a plus point for me 👍.

Cons: The Numastay signboard on the building was right above a restaurant which made it confusing for me as I thought the entrance was through the restaurant. But after asking the shop next door, I was pointed to the entrance door way. The surrounding of the hotel does look abit insecure and we even witnessed a fight broke out when we were walking back to our hotel but the police came almost immediately. We often see police patroling the areas so it was ok.

Pros: Restaurant, dinner and breakfast couldn't ask anything better. No need to look for another restaurant. Very friendly staff. Excellent and comfortable bed. Spacious room, Very clean bathroom.

Cons: Surroundings, but you can walk safe during daylight and early night.
