Italy 🇮🇹

Pros: Clean,near the metro and coaches to the airport. Lovely staff, you have keys to enter the Building and your room,but still reception is available on the second floor at any time of the day. . Quality/ price... Excellent deal.

Pros: Location is very good - near Termini Station, with perfect connection to all transport ways (railway, metro, bus, hop on hop off) lot of restaurants around and supermarkets. For a 2* room, we found all necessary things - minibar, a small tv, nice bed, good quality for sheets and towels.

Generally very satisfied.

Pros: Very close to Termini and restaurants. Very comfortable and spacious.

Cons: Unfortunately I got locked in the room and couldn’t get out. The key worked but there was some kind of jam. Not their fault but it was stressful as I needed to catch a train.

Pros: Facilities were clean, bedding and towels clean. Fresh towels provided daily. Well air-conditioned, comfortable room. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and also communicated to check arrival time.

Cons: Water temperature in shower fluctuated. A kettle and some coffee would be great.

Surprisingly good.

Pros: After reading previous reviews I was honestly preparing for the worst. But oh boy were we pleasantly surprised!! The building itself has different hotels on all levels. They seem to be all under the same owner/operation. We booked for a room in hotel Termini but were given a room on level 4 with a different name. The room was super spacious!! Large wardrobe with a full length mirror and a practical bathroom. It’s one of the best rooms we have had on our backpacking trip. Our level only had 3 rooms and a large open dining area with a lot of seating. Which we used for eating take away pizza etc. Would stay again!

Cons: Not being advised of city tax when booking. We arrived and had to pay 30 euros cash. Understand it’s a thing but some warning would’ve been nice as in having cash in hand for check in… Aircon was average and hardly cooled the room but it was bearable. Fridge was super small wouldn’t fit a large water bottle. Also a kettle in the room would’ve been ideal.
