Wonderful

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and sufficient, they provide breakfast. The hotel has a strategic location, allowing easy access to anywhere in Rome.

The location was very convenient for our purpose, near to bus stops, termini, places of interest etc

Pros: Housekeeping lady and the Front Desk team were very friendly and made us feel safe vue the neighborhood and we were 2 ladies travelling alone for the first time with a child.

Cons: The Breakfast was disgusting, although we had it included in the package, after the first one we went out to have breakfast, not worth waking-up for :( - Cold, tasteless, soggy, butter was yeurk...

Great hotel with amazing service and perfect location if you want to use the central station to sightsee Rome!

Pros: Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Cons: The showers were hit and miss; some nights there was very little pressure.

Pros: Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was an open buffet and was more than sufficient. Thank you very much to the staff of Hotel Tex. It is an advantage that it is close to Termini station, the transportation hub of Rome.

Cons: However, immigrants in the region can be worrying for tourists. It would be better if the municipality found a solution.

Pros: Breakfast is great, location is excellent for brief visits, near shops, metro and restaurants. Walkable everywhere. The staffs are friendly, approachable and accomodating. Very clean, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Clean and well located

Pros: The spacious room was like the photos. The hotel was easy to find from the Roma Termini. Staff were helpful and arranged a breakfast to go for us so we could get to the airport on time. It was a good choice for a short stay. Given it is in the heart of the city, there was a little street noise late at night, but double window glazing and block out shutters helped us sleep well.
