Fantastic, clean and budget friendly hotel in extremely central location.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Lovely breakfast.

Cons: Don't be too scared of the stairwell! On arrival we felt very worried about how dark and grim appearance but as soon as we got to the floor of the hotel, we were met with a bright and clean hotel entrance.

Pros: Lovely Joyce on reception was so warm & welcoming & made you feel like nothing was too much trouble. This is a great location, right next to Termini, the main railway station. Even though it is set on a very busy & noisy road, it is high up enough for it to be so peaceful at night. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect location Hotel

Pros: The property was very near from Termini Station. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: The reception is on the 4th floor of the building. There is an elevator, but it can only fit 2 people.

Good value for money

Pros: Everything was great. The staff on duty on check in day was exceptional and quite friendly. Breakfast was modest and decent.

Cons: The AC is the room was not working great as the weather was quite hot. The room was also close to the road so was a bit noisy at night.Apart from that all other things were good

Pros: Very helpful staff. Luggage storage very useful if arriving before check in and leaving after check out. Good breakfast. Very close to Roma termini.

Pros: Lovely small room for 1 person. Very clean. Comfortable bed, a/c, mini fridge. Basically 5 min from the main train station. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Very polite front desk staff. Nice breakfast.

Pros: I could use the common area after check out and the luggage room. Room is simple but clean and comfortable

Cons: It is a good place if you are just stopping by and need to get a train soon from roma termini. But it is a bit far from the city and the area is a bit dodgy.
