Loft a piazza di Spagna

Pros: marvelous place to be in,perfect location, very well equipped loft with everything you need for comfortable living, 50m from the Spanish stairs,we got every help we needed from the owner, she is very kind and responsive. it was a great experience to saty with in the loft ,everything was just perfect. owner left some nice things for us and that made us feel a great welcome gift.. its very recommendable place with a perfect location. 💯💯💯 about the location : you have great restaurant's meters from you, a taxi station meters from you as well : about the loft its a very quite place to sleep in ,air conditioning works very good 💙🩵❤️💚 great for a perfect vacation

Very nice and cute place next to Spanish Steps, shops & many sites

Pros: The location was prime, right on the famous road where Etro, Chanel, Dolce Gabanna & many more, plus the Spanish Steps just a few meters away. Sonia our host was so kind to let us an early check-in in the morning. And was always so helpful in assisting us. On top of that, the welcome perks such as italian pastries, fruit and refreshments were a bonus to us. Very good stay in Rome!

Cons: The old small elevator (luckily the apartment is on the 1st floor so no problem to take the stairs 😃 )

Pros: Great location, very nice host ! Everything was clean and they left us coffe and food ! We recommend it and definitely come back!

Good value for money

Pros: Best location, very friendly staff , has well functional kitchen

Cons: The sofa bed wasn’t comfy at all ( we were 2 adults and 2 adult teenagers), but the upstairs bed was comfortable. In parts of the flat there’s low ceiling (1.8m). Beside that , the flat was very nice and clean

Perfect jem

Pros: First of all you are în Piazza di Spagna, not near, not close, you are in one of the most beautiful pleaces ever. You are were everthing is. The apartment is small and cosy, equiped with everything. And as a nice surprise, you also recieve a very tasty italian breakfast. This was not included. They are very nice and help full.

The host is super responsive, we locked ourselves out on the last day at 6am rushing to airport. However, we were rescue

Excellent accommodation choice

Pros: The location of the accommodation was excellent for our first visit to Rome. It was very central, right next to the Spagna metro station, with many restaurant options within a short distance. The apartment is very comfortable for two people or a couple, quiet, and clean. The photos accurately represent reality. Although we didn't use the kitchen (since we were in Italy—there was no way we could cook better than the restaurants around us), it was very convenient to have fruits, biscuits, coffee, and other essentials in the room.

Cons: I have nothing negative to note; we just happened to visit the city on quite cold days, and it took a few minutes for the space to reach a comfortable temperature.

Clean, comfortable and cosy. A real gem of a find in central Rome.

Pros: The location is excellent. The welcome pack and facilities were extremely generous.
