Excellent 4 night stay in beautiful apartment. Highly recommend it.

Pros: Fantastic location and plenty of space for the family.

Cons: The shower in the main bathroom did not drain the water properly and left a musty smell in the apartment because of it.

Pros: Fantastic location. Great number of shops, eating options and has a cab stand directly downstairs from the apartment. Good fittings and very comfortable bedding.

Cons: No Nespresso capsules or coffee though there was a machine. Noise from street below.

Fabulous Stay

Pros: This is one of the best apartment we have stayed in on a holiday. For the city of Rome this was defiantly a massive apartment. The views were fantastic & the location could not be any better. I would make this my first choice to stay in Rome if available & reasonably priced.

Cons: There was nothing to not like.

Perfect location, stunning views, very large and comfortable.

Pros: Perfect location, very large apartment, stunning views, very comfortable beds. Plenty of room, washing machine for doing laundry, tons of drying racks, too, so very convenient for extended trips. Kitchen if you want to cook (but with all the great restaurants around, who wants to cook?!). Host coordinated to meet us at the property to give us keys and answer questions. WiFi worked well in most areas and was very easy to connect to. Elevator for luggage or when you are tired, but we mostly took the stairs since they were large and easy to use. Did I mention the location and views??? Could not pick a better spot! Also, there is a taxi queue just outside the door, so you can always get a taxi if you need one. It's also easy to arrange drop off and pick-up for transfers, etc., because of the taxi stand and street access.

Cons: We ran out of soap and toilet paper quickly (traveling with three teenage boys...) and had to go to a mini mart down the street...which took away from our sightseeing time. If that's the only complaint, you can imagine how great the property is!

Prachtige locatie!

Excellent location and perfect size for our family.

Pros: This property was in an excellent location, walking distance within pretty much everything you wanted to see in Rome. We had many choices of cafes and shopping within a few blocks of the apartment. The management company was also very courteous and met us for our arrival and very responsive when we had any questions during our stay.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on outside and I side the building and we heard it all. On our last night there, someone decided to cut tile at 3:30 am. Also, since the apartment is right next to the Spanish Steps, you hear the crowds all hours of the day as well as any street performers that decide to play music. It’s not a bad thing during the day, in fact it was expected, but many people stay out late so it can interfere with trying to rest. Again, all normal though as you are in a major city in old buildings with lots going on around you.

Pros: El espacio , la decoración , la ubicación !! La limpieza

Cons: Agregaría a la cocina , elementos como tostador y otros , me parece que , siendo buena, es inferior al resto del departamento.

Cons: Was not clean and needs pest control as there was a lot of insects everywhere including the bed itself
