An elegant, comfortable stay in a prime Rome location—highly recommended.
Pros: The location was excellent, close to major sights yet quiet. The suite was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt refined and welcoming. Staff communication was professional and helpful throughout the stay.
Cons: Nothing significant to mention.

Excellent comfortable apartment is great central location.
Pros: Excellently appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Great quality furnishings, luxury bed linens, very spacious, spotlessly clean and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again, the apartment has a great feel and aesthetic . Highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing much - just the bath towels are quite small in size (not what I am used to)

Modern apartment located in tourist central
Pros: A modern apartment, well furnished & cozy located in tourist central, by the Spanish steps! It had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to Vincenzo who was there to greet us on our arrival , polite and helpful always available over WhatsApp for anything that we needed - Thank you! Also, unlike the other apartments we stayed at, they provided a bunch of croissants, toasts, preserves & Nutella - something small but we appreciated it especially after our long journey . They also have their own boutique perfumery Carthusia located downstairs in the same building- do not miss out on shopping their lovely fragrances!
Cons: The only complaint we had was that the bed in the second room (open loft) was a little uncomfortable for two adults. Ideally, the apartment would be great for 3 adults to sleep in. Adding a washing machine to the apartment would be a great plus too!

If you are looking for the cozy apartment close to Spanish Steps, look no further.
Pros: I found this place a week before our trip to Rome. The apartment location is amazing! The host, Vincenzo texted me prior to arrival to let me know all the important details in advance so it was really easy to get into the apartment when we arrived. He was also there to help us when we first got there and and was very responsive when we texted him with questions and inquiry. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with necessities. It is a lot larger than most apartment I have stayed in Rome. Even though we were in a bustling area, the place is sound proof. Overall, we loved it!
Cons: The air-condition broke down on the last day of our stay. But the host was very responsive and helpful. We texted him and he came to help fix the issue within an hour.

Pros: Удобная и красивая квартира с прекрасным расположением в 10 метрах от площади Испании. Особенно хочу подчеркнуть удобство при заселении, нас ждали, встретили, подсказали отличную парковку недалеко от апартаментов и вообще были очень дружелюбны.

Pros: Ne a plăcut foarte tare zona unde se află locația . Cea mai frumoasă zonă ,,Piața Spaniolă “ Gazdă a fost foarte primitor și s-a ocupat de noi ori de câte ori I am cerut ajutorul . Ne a făcut rezervări la cele mai bune restaurante după cum i -am solicitat 🤗 ne a fost de mare ajutor și vreau să îi mulțumesc pentru tot ce a făcut pentru noi 🙏este un om minunat .
Cons: Ne a plăcut totul și o să mai revenim cu drag 🤗
