Pros: Location is perfect. Shopping and restaurants is just around the corner. Close to Spagna train station. Taxi stop is just a few steps outside the building. Very near to the spanish steps and walkable to most of other attractions. Spacious. The whole space was well heated which was nice.

Cons: The place is quite old. Some dust on the floor on a few spots. Interesting split level design but can be quite inconvenient..eg have to climb the stairs to go to kitchen area and the wardrobe in the main bedroom. One of the bathroom is leaking and flood the floor. So we left with just 1 bathroom which is in the main bedroom and quite small. Not a very pleasant experience when we have to accomodate the technician to come and fix the bathroom for 2 consecutive days when we are only staying for 3 nights. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in small sachet which is not enough for our 3 night stay. So we ended up buying our own shower gel and shampoo. It would be nice to invest in proper shower gel and shampoo for the guests. There's a washing machine but no dryer...

Fabulous location for sightseeing and far superior to a hotel room when with older children.

Pros: A lovely, quirky place with an upstairs kitchen. Location was amazing, literally around the corner from Spanish Steps. Plenty of shops and restaurants right outside too. When the windows were open the street below was a little noisy but it didn't bother us; we liked the hub bub of the city. Nice lounge area with settees and big chairs. TV was good (and welcome after a long day out sight seeing) with plenty of English channels to watch. Teenage son very much appreciated having his own 'quarters' of bedroom and bathroom away from his parents; which is a huge advantage over any hotel room.

Cons: Kitchen had the basics needed for our stay: kettle, fridge, induction hob, cutlery and crockery to use. No conventional oven, but there was a counter-top oven/microwave combo type oven but we didn't try using it so not sure how successful that could be.

Different style of accommodation

Pros: The location is really good. Very close to shopping area and Spanish Steps. It has absolutely very different design but we loved it. Although it is located on a busy street it is very quiet when you close the window.

Cons: May be it would be better if it was a little bit cleaner (specially the floor)

Beautiful place that is in the middle of all the great sites in Rome

Pros: The location is very central to many of the main sites you want to explore as well as the many great restuarants in the area.

Appartamento design

Pros: Appartamento di design in pieno centro, nel cuore di Piazza di Spagna, al primo piano. Si tratta di un loft spazioso e ben organizzato, con un arredamento curato e tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole.

Cons: Non e troppo pulito ( par terre)
