Pros: Paradiso Borgia was a very comfortable and also cute apartment, with lots of nice details from the host and with an amazing terrace as well. Its location is perfect to explore the city of Rome.
Cons: The only thing that someone should consider before booking is that there is no elevator. Apart from that there is absolutely nothing to worry about!

Great little place, right in the heart of Rome, next to The Spanish Steps.
Pros: Location was incredible, and the balcony was great.
Cons: The stairs are not for the faint hearted, but you get used to them after a while.

Prefect beautiful and charming, will definitely be back
Pros: Beautiful property perfectly situated two minutes from Spanish Steps. Definitely a home away from home and is so nice that you don’t care about the stairs to get there!! Roof terrace is just stunning and we loved having a coffee or wine out there and relaxing!
Cons: Sofa bed a little uncomfortable but after all the walking I still slept well!!

Pros: Mieszkanko było jednym z najpiękniejszych w jakim się znaleźliśmy podczas naszych podróży a Pani Lodovica była najwspanialszym gospodarzem. Przyjęła nas ciepło i z sercem na dłoni. Nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z tak miłym przyjęciem. Pani Lodovica wytłumaczyła nam każdy zakamarek mieszkania, które jest świetnie wyposażone. Mieszkanko ma przepiękny taras i widok na Wille Borghese. Schody Hiszpańskie znajdują się 2 minuty od mieszkanka, a okolica jest na prawdę wyjątkowa i przepiękna. Był to wspaniały pobyt i z wielką chęcią byśmy wrócili tam z powrotem.

Un lugar muy agradable y bonito, muy centrico y con vistas increibles.
Pros: El ático es increíble con una buhardilla muy linda y con vistas a la Piazza Spagna. Repetire seguro y el trato del anfitrion fue excelente.
Cons: La cama sofa no era muy comoda pero para un par de dias es suficiente.

Italian apartment to enjoy
Pros: Great location. Easy to walk to a lot of attractions. Bus and train services very handy too. Close to the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops near by. It was very homely and fully furnished, with lots to make it feel very comfortable. Also has a balcony to sit out and view the city and feel the vibe of Rome from was great to enjoy. Wine and beer in the fridge for us to enjoy too was an added extra. Its on the top floor and we enjoy being up high with a balcony. We also appreciated the hosts met us even though we arrived in quite late. Plenty of shampoo and a good bath to soak in after a big day's sightseeing.
Cons: Just be aware it could be difficult if you have big suitcases as stairs are narrow on the last level and there are 87 steps up but we enjoyed the exercise of the climb up each day.

Pros: Iznimno privlačan apartman na izvrsnoj lokaciji. Sadržaj apartmana zadovoljava sve potrebe čak i za duže boravke. Preljubazni vlasnici koji će vas dočekati, sve objasniti i pomoći glede savjeta i snalaženja u Rimu.

Perfect place to stay!
Pros: Just amazing place, location, apartment, and of course Lodovica, who creates the most perfect atmosphere for your stay. Prosecco in the fridge, flowers on the balcony, really unbelievable sweet apartment. Loved it very much! You just want to stay there forever!

Najlepsza miejscówka w Rzymie!
Pros: To miejsce jest po prostu magiczne! Od pierwszej chwili poczuliśmy się tutaj jak w domu. Każdy kąt jest pięknie zaprojektowany i dopracowany w najmniejszym szczególe — pełen charakteru, ciepła i harmonii. Ma w sobie coś z uroku bajkowego domku dla lalek w rzeczywistych rozmiarach. Kuchnia jest wyposażona absolutnie we wszystko (a nawet więcej!), salon to idealne miejsce na relaks po dniu zwiedzania, a taras... po prostu zachwycający. To doskonała przestrzeń na poranną kawę z widokiem, wieczorne wino czy spokojne chwile z dala od zgiełku. Lokalizacja jest N I E S A M O W I T A ! Serce Rzymu. Rano jak się wychodzi na ulicę to stoliki kawiarniane są na wyciągnięcie ręki. Lodovika to cudowna gospodyni — serdeczna, autentyczna i niezwykle gościnna. Dzięki niej poczuliśmy się nie jak goście, lecz jak przyjaciele odwiedzający rodzinę. Pobyt tutaj był czystą przyjemnością — prawdziwe spełnienie wakacyjnego marzenia!
Cons: Do mieszkania wchodzi się po stromych wąskich schodach, należy brać to pod uwagę przy rezerwacji. Na szczęście my mieliśmy tylko dwie małe walizki kabinowe, za to wymiana lodówki w tym lokalu to musi być dopiero sprawa ;) Przez to, że mieszkanie jest bardzo wysoko, ciśnienie wody bywa niskie.
