Lovely place overall and communication with host was excellent.

Pros: Very cute, super location, very clean, bottle of wine and water - nice touch

Cons: Lift was tiny and the internal gate didn’t work. Could do with new pillows. The recycling bins for bottles was full and overflowing.

Pros: the apartment is comfortable, we were 2 people, it was very clean, the ubication is fantastic very centric and all you need is near to it. Maurizio was a great hostess. we had a great stay at Rome. I would choose the same place to stay next time.

Highly recommended.

Pros: Very nice, quite, and clean apartment. Very comfortable for a couple (dining room, living room, small kitchen, bedroom in the galley). Great location, just next to the Spanish steps. A/C in both living room and bedroom (although we only used the one in the living room which was sufficient for the entire apartment). Small elevator (to the 5th floor). Very nice staff.

Cons: The bed and the bathroom door were a bit noisy, thus every move in bed or to the toilet woke us up.

Pros: Идеальное расположение: центр, всё в шаговой доступности. Сама квартира оказалась даже лучше, чем на фото: просторная, чистая, светлая, есть посудомоечная машина и все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Cons: Нет стиральной машинки, но если останавливаться на короткий срок, это не доставляет неудобств.
