Romania 🇷🇴

Pros: Locatia este in centrul orasului, pe strada artistilor, aproape de metrou ( 2 statii de la Gara Termini). In zona sunt restaurante, magazine, Carrefour expres iar la multe obiective turistice se poate ajunge pe jos, la Vatican poti ajunge in 10 minute cu metroul iar la Colosseum in 20 minute. Proprietara ne a raspuns prompt la toate solicitarile.

Pros: Ampiezza delle camere, posizione centralissima ma tranquilla, presenza ascensore che nelle case in centro non è scontata

Cons: Pulizia migliorabile, non è stato possibile entrare nell'appartamento prima delle 15

Cons: Душевая кабина. Нужен сантехник.

Pros: Labai patogi lokacija. Langai neišeina į gatvę, todėl apartamentuose tylu. Butas švarus. Kosmetinis remontas nepakenktų, tačiau tai nublanksta prieš visus privalumus, mielai sugrįžtume :)

Pros: La ubicacion es una cuadra hermosa y muy tranquila, la zona es muy buena y el departamento está bien..

Cons: Internet funcionaba a veces lento y no funcionaba un tv

Pros: La ubicación es excelente y el depto también.- Solo perdía la ducha bastante agua pero nada de otro mundo.- Volvería sin pensarlo!!!

Güzel bır tatıldı

Pros: Konum harıkaydı,metro ıstasyonuna 3dakıkada ulaşılıyor. Mağazalar ,cafeler,ıspanyol merdıvenlerı çok yakın. Ev çok temiz ve konforluydu.Ihtıyac duyulan hersey vardı.Fotograflardakının aynısı.

Cons: Tek sıkıntı kalorıferler çalışmadı ,ev sahıbımız hemen servıs yolladı fakat olmadı,ama bunu klıma ıle telafı ettık yine ısındık.

Mieszkanie położone w idealnym miejscu, samo centrum!

Pros: Lokalizacja wręcz idealna- tuż obok schodów hiszpańskich- idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem mieszkania- dostaliśmy wiele cennych wskazówek do zwiedzania i rekomendacji. Ponadto mieszkanie idealne dla 3 osób i do wszelkich atrakcji dotrzesz z niego pieszo. W sypialni Mega wygodne łoże.

Cons: Rozkładana kanapa w kuchni troszke niestabilna, skrzypiała ale nie był to jakiś uciążliwy problem. W kuchni brakuje kilku drobnych elementów, jak np deska do krojenia- mała sugestia na przyszłość dla właścicieli do doposażenia mieszkania:) Troszke tez nie rozumiem dopłaty za przyjazd po 18, skoro i tak do mieszkania wchodzi sie ustalonym kodem. Ale wlasciciel informuje i pyta o zgodę zanim podejmiesz się wynajmu. Lokalizacja wynagradza wszystko!
