Exclusive apartment a few steps from the Spanish Steps

Highly recommended on all fronts

Pros: The location is simply outstanding. You will find everything you need within a few minutes walk. Chiara was a fabulous host and was able to manage an early check in. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of space. Wifi was also excellent.

Cons: The third bed in the third bedroom is a fold-up and a bit too small for an adult. New shower head needed in one bathroom but a minor point. This accommodation is of a high standard for Rome.

Excellent

Pros: The host was excellent from pre-arrival to check out and couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable with all facilities needed. Location is excellent for sightseeing and for restaurants etc.

Cons: Having to leave!

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Pros: Wonderful, spacious apartment in an ideal, central location. So well equipped - I think they'd thought of everything. Great communication from the hosts. Chiara was very kind and welcoming. Mario also kindly arranged airport transfers for us which made life much easier. One of our best stays as a family. Grazie mille!

Cons: Street noise from the main bedroom to be expected in a city centre. Chiara suggested closing the outside shutters to reduce the noise.

Pros: Perfect accommodation in a perfect location to visit the old city. Every amenity inside and outside. Our host was inviting and briefed us very well on what was available. Thankyou Chiara.

Pros: Apartment is superb, only metres from Piazza di Spagna. Hosts were great and helpful

Fantastic apartment, super central, amazing hosts

Pros: This trip was absolutely fantastic everything was perfect. Mario and Chiara were first class. Communication was brilliant. Plus Mario arranged transfers which were great value and would recommend as airport is quite far. Apartment was immaculate and super central not to mention huge with lots of space.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Very spacious apartment in the heart of Rome!

Pros: This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is in a fantastic location, just a stones throw from the Spanish steps and completely surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants. The apartment is far bigger than I had thought prior to arrival. It was very comfortable for my large family (4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 young children). The host was lovely - met us at the check int time that suited us, gave a us a very through run through and some very helpful information for our stay.

Pros: Fantastic spacious apartment in an amazing location. 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for 4 friends travelling together.

Pros: Fabulous location - extremely clean and comfortable. Great hosts.

Cons: One of the bedrooms faces the street which because of the amazing location can be a little noisy. If you are a light sleeper maybe consider earplugs.
