Great spot!!!

Pros: A well-located property with lots of space, light and kitchen and a much needed laundry in the basement. We were provided with a kettle as I had forgotten how hard the water in Rome can be and needed to boil water for baby bottles and a high chair. If you need to sterilise bottles, bring Milton tablets as there is no microwave. It's a quiet area just a block behind one of the shopping streets.

Cons: The stone courtyard/carpark isn't great if you've got heavy suitcases but it's not much of a distance to trek.

Excellent accomodation. It has EVERYTHING you need in the most perfect, safe, convenient location.

Pros: Perfect location. We felt very safe with a young family. We walked to all sights and the area has many wonderful restaurants.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: I wasn't going to give this a 10 because it's not the sort of property I would normally book. This was the fourth accommodation we stayed in on out trip to Italy and unlike the other properties we stayed in it has no character, has no view, no windows in fact but other than that, OMG what an amazing apartment. No expense has been spared on this apartment, it has every gadget and mod con you can think of. After walking around Rome for the day returning to the apartment was so refreshing as the AC was brilliant. The apartment is ultra modern so just bare that in mind, but the small courtyard the apartment is in is lovely and Margutta street is very nice, also quite considering its location. So I give it full marks because except for the things I mentioned, lack of view etc.., which we knew about beforehand, I just can't fault it.

Pros: Excellent across all levels we will be back. I hope you maintain the value for money price.

Cons: Everything was perfect- maybe would have preferred to have met the owners to meet and establish a more personal rapport with them. Che k in was all automated with the physical presence by someone but still it worked very well.

SPLENDIDO APPARTAMENTO PER 4 E PIÙ PERSONE NEL CUORE DI ROMA

Pros: È stato tutto perfetto!! Ottima posizione, appartamento splendido, pulizia assoluta. Ci torneremo!!

Cons: Nessun difetto!!

Pros: Posizione top, struttura bellissima anche se metterei almeno un po’ d’acqua per gli ospiti all’arrivo.

Cons: Check out alle 11:00, alle 10:20 si affaccia una persona (penso addetta alle pulizie) in camera. Ma va bene, sono cose che possono capitare.

Pros: 1.ロケーション良し。騒音もなく熟睡出来ました。 2.コーヒーカプセル、砂糖、ミルクは大量におご用意してくださった事。 3.スリッパをアメニティとして用意してくださっていたおかげで疲れが取れました。 4.食器洗い乾燥機の洗剤、スポンジ、洗剤、ごみ袋あり。

Cons: グラスやカップ、コーヒーカップまで揃っているのなぜかお皿が一枚もありませんでした。 まな板もご準備して頂けると嬉しかったです。 クーラーとIH の使い方が分からなくて苦労した。 結局クーラーの電源OFFの方法がよく分からず寒くて風邪をひいた。 使用方法をせめて英語でも良いので用意して欲しかったです。 ヨーロッパ在住者なら操作方法は分かるのかもしれませんが、日本と操作方法が全く異なるため 説明書がなければ分からないです。

居心地も立地も良いので、ローマ観光の拠点にオススメ

Pros: 3泊しました。空港からタクシーで移動したので、宿泊施設までは迷うことなく着けました。チェックインもスムーズでした。とても賑やかなスペイン広場から徒歩2-3分という立地にもかかわらず、こちらはとても静かです。部屋は開放的で居心地が良かったです。お部屋も隅々まで綺麗です。キッチンは食器類一通り揃っています。調味料は塩のみ。エスプレッソマシーンが良かったです。

Cons: エントランスの砂利道を通るのにキャリーケースを持ち運ぶ必要があります。バスルームが2階なので少し不便でした。お湯の量に制限があるようです。4人での宿泊でしたが、4人目はいつでも水でした。2日目以降、節水を心掛けましたが。洗濯機がハウスキーパー専用ルームのような場所にあり、使っていいのか迷いました。3泊しましたが、タオルの交換などの連絡はいただいていなかったので、利用させていただきました。

Pros: Все прекрасно , отличные апартаменты , очень уютные и со вкусом , с удобным расположением в центре . Замечательная хозяйка , отзывчивая .

Good stay in our favourite Rome :)

Pros: Amazing, new apartment with new furnishing and modern interior.

Cons: It needs a bit more cleaning, especially the floor. Our socks got dirty and black the minute we stepped on the floor, and that worried us because we traveled with a crawling baby. There were also ants on the floor.
