Pros: The location was perfect for our needs. It is very close to an area with great places for breakfast, dinner, and ice cream. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Leonardo was extremely responsive and available for our late check-in, ensuring that we were able to get into the house. The self chek-in instructions were clear. We enjoyed every moment from our stay there!

Pros: The location was excellent, offering convenient access to the tube station, local restaurants, and grocery stores. During our stay, we did the laundry using the washing machine in the apartment. While there was no dryer, a drying rack was provided. The owner was exceptionally kind, providing us with all the necessary information for our stay. Our communication was seamless throughout the entire experience.

Cons: I experienced some initial confusion with the door's digital device, as it had run out of battery, requiring multiple turns of the doorknob to lock and unlock. The nearest station was temporarily closed due to construction. While this was beyond the owner's control, it did make transportation slightly more challenging.

Pros: The accommodation was so lovely! Everything was clean and new, we were really happy, that nothing from what was listed was missing . Leonardo was really helpful, he advised good places in Rome and also, he was really responsive, more than the standard host is. We really recommend the stay in this appartement and would be happy to come again :)
